We haven't been to Friendly's in years, but decided to stop last night for a random treat. The ice cream was as good as I remember and the customer service was amazing. One of our treats wasn't blended well and when the mistake was noticed they were happy to remake the entire Friend-Z.

This place brings back lots of great memories of my Granny taking me to Friendlys when I was a child. The food is great, the service is great, and of course you can't go wrong with ice cream.

Went with a large group. We were able to sit together which was unexpected but appreciated. Both servers were quick and attentive. Food was hot and accurate. Ice Cream was perfect. Drinks were never empty. All in all one of the best experiences I've had at Friendly's in a long time. Well definitely go again.

We love it and go often. Food is pretty good, ice cream is fantastic! Service is usually very good. Stop by and at least get some ice cream!

My kids really enjoy friendlys! It's simple food, can't go wrong.
However, my delivery orders are constantly missing things. I just received an order, 7/1/23, and they did not give us the 3rd drink that is supposed to come with one of the kids meals. And unfortunately it happens every single time I order from you guys. Something is always forgotten. So my advice would be to have your employees carefully look over deliveries and make sure everything is there.

Great place to dine in for a classic but simple meal. Prices are fair and affordable to most. Service was good and food was served relatively quick
Tables feel a bit crowded, but overall no complaints.
I recommend the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup ( or Pieces) Sundae. This has been a favorite of mine since I was a child and still is a MUST HAVE at any visit.
Kid Friendly - Good for small parties of any occasion

Went for dinner and dessert. Should have had just dessert because that was great. Food is not worth the price. Service was excellent.

Food is typical frozen fried food. The steak and cheese was clearly steakems...but who goes to Friendlys for the food? The dessert was fantastic. The waitstaff was friendly and inviting and the place was clean and pretty empty but it was a Wednesday night. My kid likes this place because happy memories for her. So we take her when she requests. They have a walk up window just to get ice cream which is awesome.

Quick early dinner on a rainy Saturday - Fish and Chips were hot and crispy with onion rings as a side. The new item - cheeseburger with a ‘skirt’ was a little too hard … crackle cheese. Receipts were hard to read?!

It was an average meal for the price… Only drawback is the Cheese skirt being to crispy. The waitress was very welcoming.
