Burger King

Fast and excellent service. Able to deescalate and angry customer quickly while remaining calling themselves. Workers are quick to clean a mess off of trash the table after a rude customer left it there. My meal was accurate to what I asked for and delicious so I can be at my best for my patients at the hospital that I work for. The all deserve a raise for the hard work they do at Burger King. Just please fix your vending machine to give us more varieties; that part is on management to make their restaurant look and be excellent. And the next chance I need to I will go there again for another meal; no salt on my French fries and no onions on my Whoppers. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU ON JESUS CHRIST NAME AMEN!!!!!!!!!!

When I eat at this location there is always riff raff outside bc of the bus stop, but once entering the doors, the wonderful staff is very accommodating and there is a disabled man who frequents this location who will genuinely help you clean your mess and clean up after nasty people who left for free. I recommend tipping this man as we do when we go on vacation. This man has a good heart. The workers are very nice.

This place in wonderful - I've been here 3 times now. The service is always spot on and staff is very attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. I ordered chicken burgers which is delicious.This place is a nice experience. There is also no wait and the price is not bad at all. This Burger King is the cleanest fast food place in inner harbor or anywhere in the downtown area. The staff is nice (teenagers but they do their jobs) they keep the restaurant clean and the bathrooms are clean since only paying customers can use them. Really nice place

This location is very convenient to my new job. Plenty of room to sit. I didn't have to wait long for my food. I'd say, less than 5 minutes. Cashier was pleasant. The fries was great. Tasted like the old style. Asked for no salt and got what I asked for. I'm loving this chicken sandwich. I was skeptical thinking it would be overly seasoned but it wasn't. Tomato and lettuce looked fresh also. I have no complaints. Definitely will be visiting again soon. If you're in the area, check them out.

Food was decent as usual, as I am a frequent customer. They occasionally get special orders wrong, but are good about fixing them. They do have fast service everytime I go in. The only downfall is the cleanliness of dining area. Tables are sticky, have crumbs, etc. I wipe my own table off before sitting. Considering the amount of business, they do a pretty good job. I'd recommend it. I have been in far worse, less clean, slower service, etc. Fast food places. This Burger King really does do a good job. The food is worth the money, especially their deals.

Only thing is they close at 8pm and they are so busy it's sometimes hard to find a place to sit. Also, I never like to say bad things but it's a harbor location so please make sure people who are on drugs aren't "nodding out" taking up tables that really are needed! But the food and service is wonderful :)
