Stopped in for a quick lunch with my girls after a visit to the aquarium. For a fast food restaurant, I was so impressed with the level of customer service and cleanliness. Once seated Darius and the manager made sure we were well accommodated and were tending to all the tables while checking on the kids. They even brought them stickers. Dining with a toddler can feel like an extreme sport so I truly appreciate any gesture that makes it a little easier.

It's a chain, but it's a well executed location. The staff are friendly and professional, the location is clean, and the food is consistent with the CFA brand. I work downtown and know that if I use this location my order will be fast, and correct. Seating can be limited due to the high traffic location, but the service is reliably fast and consistent.

I did curbside pick up, which is the easiest thing you could ever imagine. You enter the parking garage at 100 S Gay St and follow the curbside pickup signs. You have 20 minutes before you have to pay but you don’t have to worry about waiting long. I didn’t even have a chance to enter the space number I was at because they were already there with my food! I’ve worked at 3 Chick-fil-A locations and this was the best meal I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A. The food was hot and the chicken was tender and breaded BEAUTIFULLY. The fries were perfectly crispy and wonderfully salted. 10 out of 5 stars from me.

My family and I stopped by today with two adukts, two seniors and two little kids in tow aftee the aquarium visit. The service was quick, employees were super nice and kind. One employee even asked if we need a soda refill. Real people helping people, not a kiosk. The manager was lovely and came to speak with us. It's so refreshing to see interactions and kindness. My senior parents said of all the fast food chain we have been taking them to during our 10 day trip, this was the best. My oldesr kid said 9.4 out of 10. Really freshly fried chicken and again amazing service.

had lunch last Saturday there; the food was really good, but what impressed me the most was the quality of service for a fast food place. The wait time was extremely short, several people, including the manager, came to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. people were helpful and kind;
