If someone messes up your order don’t bother calling the manager. The most unprofessional pizza store manager ever. Daelene was so rude. I explained to her that this was unacceptable since I live 14 miles away and I couldn’t go back to pick up the sodas. Once my wife got home there was no sauce for the pizzas or the cinnamon bread. I am fuming over the level of disrespect and the lack of attention paid to customers.

Pandemic! Manager in the back making the pizzas with no mask. I refused the pizza’s and walked out. Ordered from a different Domino’s store.

We just ordered a pizza from the Bel Air Dominos. They normally make the BEST pizzas. Today the pizza was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Worse than that, when I called to express my disappointment, all I heard was we made it just like it was supposed to be made. I spoke to two different people and NOT ONE person said they were sorry that we were displeased. Really disappointing!!! Horrible customer service. So much for 100% satisfaction

Every time I order food from this place its always the wrong food yet again I got food today I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and I got a classic garden salad the name is on the purchase order of the item I purchased in the name of the incorrect item is on the item itself can these people not read if anybody is reading this do not use this location it's trash

Only have to order was ready when it was supposed to be. Had to wait for the rest of it which made the original order cold. The preparer only had a half mask leaving their nose and most of their mouth open. To make matters worse one of the workers was outside working on somebody's car and then came back in and handled somebody's pizza without ever having washed their hands in between. Just dreadful

Ordered a pizza with mushrooms spinach and roasted red peppers (no cheese). Received a pizza with OLIVES, mushroom and spinach. Also paid extra for garlic sauce and never received. Plus delivered late.

There was a mix up with our order a few weeks ago. I spoke with a woman who manages several locations. She was extremely helpful and very courteous. She rectified our order and this evening our family had a scrumptious full belly. This renewed my faith in making Domino's my favorite Pizza and other goodies!
