Called in on a Monday, it was one of the few places that was open. We arrived at 1pm with a table of 5, the staff were very helpful and the food was lovely, nothing was a bother for the staff as we stayed until 6.30, and they kept the drinks flowing as we were catching up with overseas family.

So happy we stumbled upon this place after leaving Belfast. Such a cute, cozy atmosphere and the food is INCREDIBLE! Best fish n chips I’ve ever tasted, halloumi burger was also unique and tasty. And the sticky toffee pudding was fantastic as well (:

Just been to half way house for dinner, was v.busy but staff are incredible, worked off their feet and still manage a smile. Lovely warm/cosy atmosphere, food delicious and resonably priced will most definitely be back.

We went for a birthday meal.with my gran in law.and we had a blast the food was absolutely fantastic and everyone who served us was great.

Went on a Saturday evening and it was just wonderful. The restaurant is big but it has a cozy country feel to it. The food is incredible, I got beer battered fish whilst my husband got fillet and it was on the nicest meals we have had in a while.
Very reasonably priced and we would return.
My only suggestion would be to have the fire lit next time ;)

Visited today for the first time and were very impressed. When we entered the restaurant there was a lovely warm cosy feel about the place, the food was excellent with generous portions and the staff could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in recommending.

The guys that served our table were pleasant, helpful and attentive.
Really enjoyable atmosphere, my family felt comfortable and looked after, from the moment we entered the restaurant.

I celebrated a birthday here recently..Food /service excellent..great atmosphere ...nothing a problem to staff/ staff very helpful and friendly..
Worth considering here for a private function or get together,/ party.
Great venue,/!private rooms and parking good.

Surprised how busy it was on the Wednesday night we ate here.
Since most places are shut early in the week thought they must be doing something right to pull people in. The staff were very attentive, service was quick and plates were hot. Food was great, portion sizes good and reasonably priced too. Menu was varied so something for everyone. The pizza menu wasn't offered so must just be a weekend thing. All three of us enjoyed our meals, burger, pasta and roast beef dinner and will hopefully be back soon!
