Had a coffee and bagel here with the Mrs today. Food very nice and service was good. Bit more space needed on counter to make it more efficient service, and quite a few tables with dirty plates but it was quite busy so would be a bit harsh to blame the staff, they were trying quite hard.

Always busy so maybe why our food was not as hot as I would've liked it but staff very friendly and doing their best under the circumstances.
Maybe my comments seem harsher than I intended. Very, very busy spot. Staff great. Food(hot) could be a bit more perfect but overall very nice.

The staff in this facility were amazing and they all greeted me with a warning smile. When speaking to the manager she was very polite and went above and beyond for all. I could see all the staff working hard to keep the place clean and my food and coffee was amazing. Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

This is a lovely wee spot for a cup of tea and a catch up with friends. The muffins are gorgeous and there is also a wide selection of sandwiches, soup and snacks and the coffee is delicious. Staff are pleasant and friendly and always have a nice chat with you. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

A very nice coffee shop with a good atmosphere, the staff are very friendly always cleaning and tidying up tables when not flat out behind the bar food is excellent and I would have to give it 10 out of 10 for appearance
