I was in about 9:45 and the man had read out the order and I had stupidly assumed it was mine and paid I then realised it wasn’t mine the man was very nice about it I got to the collection window and I had definitively given them more hassle than they needed on a Friday morning but nevertheless the boy at the window was extremely nice about it when he could have easily been annoyed just want to say how nice they were all this morning and hope they get recognition for this (boy at the drive through wore glasses and boy at the collection had black hair) thanks again for being so lovely

This is one of the best McDonalds as staff helpful, food hot and good service.

It's a treat to visit McDonald's Banbridge up @ the Boulevard/Outlet. Nice service and good staff, redeeming the £1.99 vouchers is very considerate especially during the cost of living, it helps tremendously - really cuts down costs & you can save tons. Makes the experience whole, along with a massive selection of meals. McDonalds caters to everyone and still is the top fast food pick 😉🍔
Location wise, it's your typical McDonald's layout, for those who're wondering.

The mc donalds in banbridge struggle in 2 ways
1) food is nearly always cold
2) not as clean as other mc donalds outlets

Grandson loves getting here for a bite to eat along with his nanna and great nanna. Always busy but staff are always pleasant and happy to help.

Its just like eery other Mcdonalds. They were z bit slim the day I was in. Love ther coffee though.
Visited again today. They were a bit slower than usual today and the chips were a bit on the cold side. Wasn't overly busy as well which was a little disappointing.

Absolutely lovely experience, staff were AMAZING!! But drive through was a bit slow due to lots of cars. I ordered a 5 piece chicken select meal and it was delightful. 10/10 would do it again.
