Einstein Bros. Bagels

Good food, great service! That brisket bagel was tops. Ready for a nap! Here's a picture of their menu w/prices because you can't find them online and the Einstein app is unhelpful and pretty much useless to customers. (I'm sure it's helpful to EBB for getting your email address and skimming the data off your phone tho)

Once again the staff are unable to keep the shelf full of bagles. They had 6 bagels to chose from today not 6 options but 6 total.... And it's a 20 minute waite tell they have anymore acording to the staff. I don't understand how you can't keep up on the one item you sell. Also the way the person behind the counter was extremely rude to the little old lady simply asking how long till more bagels. It's almost like being disrespectful is a job requirement for this company.

Wow. My girlfriend and I go in for breakfast. We order 2 bagel sandwiches and a blended coffee. The First Lady was very snappy and claimed they didn't have ice. The lady goes off to make these bagels and another employee comes over to us. This girl tho is very polite and says we actually do have ice and asked us if we would like the drink. My girlfriend ended up getting the drink but that First Lady really rubbed me wrong. Hey if you are reading this the bagel sandwiches were amazing tho.

Went in this morning. The farmhouse bagel was amazing, but was so annoyed by the hot chocolate. Or as I should say warm milk with whipped cream on top. There was no chocolate at all!!! (Its kind of the key ingredient) But gave the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just because of the whipped cream. Got home & was going to just dump it & see this. The spill on the white counter shows this. Had nothing to drink with my breakfast which really messed up the whole meal.

Update after reaching out to their corporate team for support with app. I tried everything and now I don’t get any support and they just keep telling me that I haven’t been charged even though my bank says I have. It’s unfortunate to leave such a low review because it’s not a reflection of any of the people at this location but it is a reflection of the corporate team and their lack of customer service. The location and food is the best. I’m writing two stars because of the annoyance of the app. The UX design ruins all the convenience of being able to order ahead because you cannot notify them when you’re here. I will be happy to update this review to five stars once they fix that experience in the app.

We got three different kinds of bagels and all were fantastic. Even two days later they taste just as good. Minus one star is strictly due to the cream cheese. Overall it's pretty flavorless vs even a store brand. For the price they charge we definitely expected better. It was ok and it was convenient but next time I'll stop at another store for some proper cream cheese.
