Taco Bell

Drive thru was honestly the slowest I have ever experienced (but I'm only 45 years old so maybe there are worse........doubt it). We sat still for 12 mins after ordering and when I got my order the chicken soft Taco Supremes (I ordered 3) had ZERO sour cream on them. The associate at the window had ZERO customer service skills as well. At least get the order right and make your customers feel important as we are the reason your paycheck exists!!!

Working on a construction project, this is the ultimate.grub to lubricate your body for a few more hours of work. This isn't gourmet food. This is grub. It's not awful. It's not great but I figure even James Beard had to have tried it once, right? Heck, it's not even Mexican food. It's a bunch of halfway edible matter shoved into a burrito flavored in a way that makes you crave it. It's really the ultimate science experiment but when you need food fast, it works!

This is the most annoying Taco Bell location to actually get into that I've visited. Due to traffic changes through the years you can only enter from two directions and you can't leave and easily return to the direction you came from. Additionally the parking lot is small and difficult to get through if it's remotely busy. That said, the staff has always been fantastic and friendly, and the food well made.

Some of the staff is really nice and work really well to get orders right. I just ordered from this location and had my order messed up for every person I ordered for. Didn't have available what 1 person wanted (stuff happens, understandable not that bad), didn't understand what I asked for for 1 person and put in something different, didn't even take what I wanted for another person, and then we talked about what I wanted and ignored what I said about it and gave me something different.

Ordered a cravings deal box and asked to upgrade the medium drink to a large. They said okay and told me my total so I thought all was good. When I got up to the window they were loudly talking about how it didn’t make sense for me to get a large baja blast when I only paid for a medium and they were going on and on about it when I could clearly hear them. I asked to upgrade to a large, I did not ask for a large for the price of a medium. If they didn’t charge me for a large that’s their own fault, not mine. I would’ve happily paid the extra $0.10 for a large. Never returning here, the workers were just plain disrespectful.

Craved for Taco Bell tonight and first time there at that particular location.....was greated by David. David was patient...helpful but most of all had the perfect customer service and met all of our needs to make our order. He is the perfect example of "Great Customer Service" our dine in experience was Awesome.....thanks David!!!
