I had a great dine in experience! Service was perfect, server was cute and bubbly, accurate order taken, food delicious, would consider dining in again! Photos: 10pc +10 boneless Parmesan Garlic and Moscow Mule. ... However, I refuse to give five stars to this location due to several bad experiences with trying to order online and then resorting to trying to order via phone, only to be left unanswered several calls from not only myself but several friends at a group outing. In the future if we ever try to call again for a pickup order and it works, I'll consider reevaluating the score.

I don’t like this restaurant. They are not friendly at all and they said it will be ready 15 min. but when i pick up after 15 min. they say it will take additional 20 min. Every time I don’t have any good experience here and I decided to write a review. Also I should find out other restaurant more actively. Last time I asked sauce on the side, but they already mixed with sauce and today, instead of veggie, they only gave me blue cheese dipping both bags. They really need to improve their service quality.

Where do I start? The wait that we were told would only be 45 minutes turned into an hour and a half. We got there at 8 seated by 930 order taken at 945 and then nothing till 1055. We ordered the bagel knots as an appetizer and they didn't come out till after all our other food was delivered and there was a film on the cheese from how long it had been sitting under the heat lamp, my son's and daughter's fries were both cold and hard my daughter's chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and dry. They sauce on it had already melted completely into the bun your couldn't tell it was there. My husband ordered the appetizer plate and his nachos were stale and disgusting his chicken which was supposed to be sauced was sauced but it had baked onto the chicken, and his onion rings were limp and greasy, my son in laws chicken was cold and hard. My chicken wings were cold and over cooked. My son in law had asked to speak to the manager and when he did she acted like she didn't care and when he asked for his ranch, carrots and celery from the manager he still never got it. I had to ask for them from a passing waitress who was very prompt. We never received napkins or silverware and had to ask for refills on drinks. When I went to the restroom to get some paper towels so we could at least wipe our hands, I walked past the kitchen and our waitress was in the kitchen complaining to another waiter about us and when she seen me she started around a corner. After that we never seen her again. We were given a new waitress but by then it was too late and we were just done with the evening and their lack of help. I understand that times are tight when it comes to help but if she would have just paid a little more attention, since we were her only table, we wouldn't have complained.

Food was absolutely delicious and quick. Actually didn't have wings this time even though I almost always do and am never disappointed. My wife and I had the pretzel bites and chip dip trio for appetizers and we honestly could have filled up right then and there. But we set them aside and asked for boxes when her brisket sandwich and my guacamole burger showed up. Both were moist and perfect. Everything tasted super fresh. And the old fashioned I asked for came out perfect as well.

We recently visited this location and left very unsatisfied. I definitely understand because of Covid some restaurants are experiencing longer than normal wait times but this was ridiculous. Our food wasn't hot when served, our server Angelic didn't check in on us until after our meal was over, we ordered a burger prior to go and it was given away to another customer. Before our meal was over I asked to see if they had started on our to go order. Our server idicated it should've been brought up to us already. Once we were done with our meal waited 30 min and I got up and let another server know we didn't want to burger and just wanted our check and go. Immediately afterwards they brought us our to go order. Our server failed to notify us of the situation and would've had us waiting had we not found someone else to assist us. We're extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and considering our server had for us. The food temperature didn't even bother us compared to the service that was provide. Trust me take the extra time to drive to a better location. The time you'll wait here for your food and check could be put the driving to a better location where they'll be more attentive and considerate to you.

Salty salty salty. I ordered the bacon guacamole and fries with the garlic sauce to dip. The garlic sauce was garlicky enough but clearly heavily salted. The burger patty was cooked well but again just salt. I took apart the burger to try individual pieces. The jalapeño was a yum flavor but the guac was borderline salt lick. For how expensive it was I’m very disappointed. I don’t think I’d order again. Red Robin burgers are way better.

We had a large grp. That could have played a part. But almost every order had an issue. My entire order came to me cold. Like cold cold. My sons drink didnt come until we all had finished our meals. Coach and his wife had to return their drinks as they were watery. The sauce on the garlic wings was thrown on top of 2 wings and the rest of the wings where dry. One lady never even got her meal. It was a disaster
