Einstein Bros. Bagels

Bagels and cream cheese mixes are good, they go moldy within a week which, to me, means fresher ingredients. I frequent this location for work events as well as personal meals and this location is consistently ridiculously slow. For example, I watched the 3 people behind the counter scramble to complete the one sandwich on their ticket screen before allowing me to even place my order. There doesn't seem to be any multitasking whatsoever. The staff is friendly to customers, but I often see them not being so friendly to each other and it makes customers feel awkward while waiting in the closed dining area.

I have been working here now for 4 years on January 28th. I just want to say that our overall business atmosphere has changed and so has our attitudes towards each other and clientele. Our management team ensures there are enough people working, so that crew members aren't acting unprofessional. I don't like having bad things posted about Me on Google reviews.

Asked for no avocado on my food because I'm heavily allergic and they added extra avocado despite the cashier telling them no avocado and receipt as well. I never have left a bad review before but after this experience sadly it has to change. Not only that I ordered a plain bagel and they gave me sesame but I'm most upset about the fact I risked having an allergy attack from this company's negligence.

Went here to have breakfast and you can't eat inside. You have to take your food with you. It is May 2022! How long will this go on? This is ridiculous because ALL the restaurants in this area are open for dining. Does Corporate not realize this restaurant stands alone in the decision to be controlling and not let people dine in the restaurant. How does this make sense when there are 10 people in line, breathing on each other, as I sit here? You all are not looking good! It is May and the restrictions have even been lifted by Kate Brown. You all are controlling!

We had a meeting here this morning with a client is buying commercial building right next door so we popped in for a bite to eat! Einstein Brothers do a great job and I had the ranch breakfast bagel with sausage and our clients had some cinnamon Caramel Lattes and some fresh squeezed orange juice. It was awesome. something a little different than Starbucks with everything you could want plus high-speed WiFi and comfortable boots and tables so we're camped out here doing some paperwork today and I would highly recommend this location as a place to enjoy time with friends and to do business as well.
