Frangipani Lao & Thai Cuisines

The chicken they serve is rubbery and does not taste good at all. Eaten there a couple times and it's made me upset to my stomach both times. It seems that there is only a husband and wife that work there, who are both very nice, but it takes them forever to get you your order. Called ahead for a to go order and they told us 20 minutes. We got there after 20 minutes and had to wait another 20. There was a family dining in that waited just as long, if not longer, to get their food as well.

I was hugely disappointed in the Tom Kha soup. It was unlike any coconut milk soup I've ever had before, and not in a good way. Also, it's overpriced at $9.95 for basically broth. The chicken pad thai noodles were fine but, they're noodles. There's not that you can do to mess them up. Staff was nice enough even though there was a 2-3 year old child of the cook or owner running loose around the place. I truly understand a hard working family doing what they can get earn a living, but just not very professional or the atmosphere that someone once when they are paying top price for very simple basic food. All in all, a very average experience. make them bad. Nice enough people

Staff was nice enough. Food was bland. Ordered the chicken Pad Kee Mao and it had tomato base which was gross as it's basil based. Pad Thai was decent but it's kinda hard to mess that up. One thing that really bothered me was the ventilation in the restaurant wasn't good at all. It was so smoky that you can hardly see anything.

Now I know why this place is always empty. I ordered the Pra Ram Noodle and it was basically a plate of sticky noodles and steamed vegetables (the peanut sauce was great though). My date liked his meal until a fly landed on it which ruined both of our appetites. Also, the kitchen looked pretty dirty. Won't be coming back.
