Wednesday, 17 Feb 2021, 0730: The woman at the register (she wasn’t even the one ringing me up) was extremely rude and tried to not only gaslight me on what I said but then continued to argue over the fact when I repeated what I said. It’s a 7 11 and I understand that it is typically a subpar experience for most based on all these reviews but, oh my... I’m sorry you don’t like your job or dealing with customers; I recommend that you brush up on conflict resolution, communication, and more importantly your listening skill because there is no reason for that amount negativity so early in the morning.

I go to this store often but when I went today to get a refill with my double big gulp cup I was told I could not use the cup because of the virus that is on going. I understand no big deal but when I asked if if I still get the price of the refill even if I have to get a new cup I was told NO I had to buy a new cup. Why do I have to buy a new cup and pay full price? They should honor the refill price not try to make more money during a time like this. I will not be going there in the future and I hope that anyone who sees this will stop too. Its better to walk an extra block then to support a store that take advantage of its customers

I've been going to this 711 for years and the staff used to be always friendly. As of recently, some of the new staff has been very rude and I've witnessed repeated racial discrimination from one staff member. I came in the other week with thousands of points that I had acquired and when I redeemed my points each day, they considered it "stealing" and threatened to kick me out the next time that I came in to redeem my points. I am not spending another dime at this location when the unfriendly staff is present.
