We had a party package reserved and everything was great. The team was good, the place was running well and the food was good. Also the kids had a blast.

Was so excited to take my 5 year old granddaughter here for the 1st time. They wanted to charge me $2.99 for a small empty cup. I just walked away. Nope!

Staff was very nice and the manager was super helpful. The kids had a blast. The food was better than expected. I love the option to buy playtime minutes instead of having to keep buying more games for everyone. Makes it easier and more affordable! The cards worked. We got lots of tickets. All but one game was working. It was as clean as one could expect. Good times! 👍 😁

Great place, staff is courteous and attentive and friendly to the kiddos. Clean tables, floors, and games. The two drink max is okay with me. I like the cards for the games, however the swiping of the card takes a few times which is okay - but a little frustrating when you are on a play time limit.

I think it is an excellent place where children can have fun and have a very pleasant time, the staff is friendly.

It was fun as a kid. But every time I go there as an adult with other people’s kids, especially when I taste that food… I think to myself… “Oh goodness I had such low standards as a kid.” But for the kids with low standards it’s a great place to go!

Many of the games were temporarily out of service. Not sure if that was just due to being closer to closing or not. Staff was helpful and place was clean. My kid had a blast though so that is what counts.
