Pita Pit The

As a frequent customer of pita pit I was very disappointed by the service I was provided today. I wasn’t asked if I wanted any humus or avacado, felt rushed, that I didn’t even gets chance to create my own pita. Rather they created it for me. Which l don’t like due to having health issues. I didn’t complain and just ate it because I needed food in my system. I know Pita Pit is better than what was shown today, I used to work at one.

When we walked in, there was only one worker there. We were in line and more people kept walking in... eventually adding up to about 12 people. She took all our orders promptly and then quickly was able to make all of our pitas in a very timely manner. The worker’s name is Marissa and she does a great job!! Give her a raise, Pita Pit!

I love making my own Pita's, so when a co-worker offered to take me to Pita Pit for my first time, I was excited! How very disappointing!!! I had the Chicken Caesar and wasn't able to eat most of it. The chicken I received was mostly fatty and had a ton of gristle and was absolutely disgusting! While choosing the veggies, I was skeptical because the lettuce was brown, the sprouts were brown (major health concern), the pickles looked like rubber, the olives looked dried out, and the shredded cheese looked like it had been sitting at room temperature for hours. I was never given the chance to get any mayo/mustard on my pita, so it was dry on top of everything else. At the end of the line, when we were paying, the cashier was rude. My co-worker had to mention her card as she was never asked if she had one and when the cashier entered the phone number given her, it was as if we were making her do something illegal. She never said a word after that. Simply handed the sandwiches over and was on to the next person. No "Thank you!" or "Have a nice day!"... nothing at all. Great customer service there! This was the first time I'd ever been to any of the Pita Pit shops.... I can guarantee, it will be the last as well!
