Best Teriyaki

We ordered the chicken teriyaki, (How can you not with a name that has "best teriyaki" in the title?) a side of orange chicken, and some gyoza. Good amount of food for your money, the rice is made well, and it was ready pretty soon after we ordered. The chicken is cooked well and tastes fine. However, the teriyaki sauce didn't really taste like teriyaki, and the entree just tasted like chicken with vegetables and rice. The only thing teriyaki about it was the name. The orange chicken was similar; it just tasted like fried balls of chicken. Overall, not a huge amount of flavor in any of the things we ordered. Don't bee-lieve the name.

One thing that really turned me off to this place was the fact that they charge you money for the little sauce cups. Apparently if you just put the sauce on your food/plate it’s fine but if you want your sauce in a cup you have to pay for the little cups. I understand everything is a bit more expensive now a days but I think charging for the little sauce cups is kind of ridiculous. I haven’t been anywhere else that does that, they give you the sauces in the bag no questions asked and in abundant amounts too. With the price you’re already paying for the food and everything I don’t think charging for sauce cups makes a lot of sense.

Worst chicken yakisoba I've ever had. Panda Express is better and is WAY LESS EXPENSIVE!! I was honestly surprised to see so many people eating here. The service was not good either the staff weren't very helpful and ignored us when we asked a question. The table we were at as there weren't really any options to sit and wait for food was really dirty, when one of the employees was out cleaning THE TABLES we tried to get the rag to at least wipe it off and he ignored our request. I could see that they were getting our stuff in the to go bag so didn't try to ask any other staff anything.
