Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've ordered regularly from this chipotle and they are mehhh. But this was it for me... normally I don't argue about portion sizes especially these hard times...but come on, they didn't even get my order right no beans, no fajitas and i asked for extra and it was ready 20 mins after the pick up time. First time I was ever able to one hand a chipotle burrito lol.

Usually slow service and online order is never ready when it's suppose to be. When it is ready on time, there's something wrong with the actual order. Ordered chips, gave maybe a baby's handful worth. Didn't make the drink ordered and just threw the cup in the bag. Probably the last time I'll order from this Chipotle. I would rather drive to the Tanasbourne one. At least they actually give you the amount of food that's worth the price.

Wow. Ordered online and had another family member go pick it up. Apparently they are more than happy to take your money EVEN IF THE STORE IS CLOSED DUE TO BEING 'SHORT STAFFED.' I'll be disputing the charge with my bank and this is the last time I'll be ordering from Chipotle. EDIT: Decided to give them another chance. I got food poisoning for my trouble! The second time, my order was well past delivery time when the driver told me the store was closed and that I'd 'have to go on the app to cancel.' This was almost an hour after I'd ordered. Well guess what? There's no option! You have to contact customer service and wait for a rep to sign on. I was waiting for over 10 minutes. REFUNDS SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC IF A STORE CLOSES! Maybe your restaurants wouldn't be 'short staffed' if you paid your employees a decent wage. Anyone who has given this place a positive review recently is either an owner, employee or someone from corporate! Ignore it. It's not a real review!

Think the app is more convenient? Think again. The food – if and when you get it – is good, but it’s hardly worth the hassle. Chipotle has proven themselves to be a miserable and likely decaying casualty of their own app. Unless you are hovering over the server, dont expect to get what you ordered. Today, for the fourth time in a row, they have failed to deliver what was ordered. No small feat – think about that – four separate orders, and not one of them were correct. One time, only one bag (clearly marked “Bag 2 of 2” on the receipt) arrived, containing three bags of chips (we ordered two). On another, chips were missing, then a tortilla, then a bowl. It cannot be that hard to fulfill an order - Its printed ON THE RECEIPT! And, then to top it off, the delivery person just leaves it on the steps to the front door – apparently all that effort was expended failing to get the order correct, and climbing the other two stairs is tough (there are five) so you can ring the doorbell. Not everyone sits at their door for the 40 minutes it takes for them to devise a way to short the order. Recourse? Good luck. The “customer service” on the website is an automated idiot, which by all accounts is at least more responsive than store management. Of course, Chipotle makes it so difficult to get a correction that by the time a real human answers, requiring you to repeat everything you told the robot, nearly an hour has passed. No wonder this location has a 3.3/5 rating. It's generous. Try harder. Bump. So we tried again. And predictably, they failed. Again. They probably run about 20% on getting the order correct.

This Chipolte location is a great place to enjoy a fresh meal and still stay socially distant. It is convenient to 24 hr fitness, Starbucks and a Chevron gas station. The servers are friendly, outdoor seating is plentiful, online ordering is simple and the inside is clean. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I love Chipotle and this location used to be awsome. Lately its been really bad though. I used to order ahead for pick up, but realized that the new young staff they have do no care and when you get your food its filled with water. I have been going in and ordering to try and avoid this, but today that didn't even help. My husband and I both ordered bowls and even at the request to drain the beans, meat, and salsa the bowl still was filled with water. Its a shame that these kids can't follow simple instructions. I mean common sense says drain the water off of things before you put it into a bowl. The rice was so filled with water on the bottom that is was ice cold by time we got home amd we live 6 mins away. As much as we like Chipotle this was the last straw. Our weekly visits are now sadly coming to an end as I refuse to pay for food that in inedible anymore.
