La Morenita Ricos Tacos

The buzzer they give you after you place your order is cool. But I did notice that the truck was uncleanly, at least on the outside. And when I went for some green salsa it was out, so I asked if they had anymore. The worker asked me to hand he the severing dish, which I did hand to her. I waited at least 5 minutes, which she did hand the dish back half full. When I did get a chance to examine the salsa while pouring it. The dish was dirty and still had old salsa residue stuck onto the dish where the salsa was spilt prior. Also it had a lot of chucks of the peppers tops, beside that it was very spicy and went great with the burrito I ordered. But I did expect the burrito to be made with the normal cilantro, beans, Spanish rice, meat of choice, and or sour cream. The burrito was very dry and was lacking flavor because of that. The only thing that made it better was the salsa which was also questionably made. I honestly wouldn't be ordering from here again. But it was a good fill and I didn't get sick. I just wanted to keep it honest, thank you for your time and service.

Very good food! Parking is terrible and depending on the time of day, it gets pretty busy here but it's no more than a 10min wait typically. They have self serve sauces and ton of snacks and drinks as well. Super nice people. Most items also come as a combo with beans and rice. My top two are the huarache and sopes.

When I first moved here in 2018 the chef that loved next door sent me to this truck. I went blindly and instantly became hooked. Still this is hands down my favorite taco truck in the country. Yes, in the country and I have tried to find better since 2018. It's almost been a game to try and find better but here I am still a frequent patron of Ricos. Carnitas are hands down the way to go!

Obsessed. Whenever I'm in beveraton (sometimes I just happen to wonder into it by mistake😉) I go here! The tacos are delicious! Authentic! The sauces paired with it are bomb and spicey. Cilantro and of course onions and lime included if you want them too, which you're missing out on the flavor if you don't! It's between 2 and 3 dollars per taco and worth it! Tons of meat on 2 stacked flour little tortillas per taco! Don't pass up this truck, my favorite spot

I'm a professional cook and my wife is from California, so we take our Mexican food pretty seriously. Consistently hits the spot. Great food. Tasty salsa selection. Tacos, burritos, tortas, and enchiladas on point. There is always a line, so expect to chill for a little bit. Highly recommend. #cookfreeordie
