Chicken Express

Good food as expected for this chain fast food establishment. They are very quick and will often bring people outside to take orders when the drive thru line gets busy. I've visited this location every couple of months for many years. They have yet to ever get an order incorrect. They are a busy place for good reason.

Delicious as usual. Had an order of something I haven't had in some time, chicken livers, and they were cooked perfectly! Was a bit surprised that only received small size if white gravy and when I asked for another container I was told it would be an additional charge where previously they didn't charge me in the recent past.

Sad to say that this is not the place to visit!!! My meal consist of the three chicken strips and mashed potatoes and a roll with gravy and I was served three strips this size and this is the last chicken strip and I still have an entire cup of gravy that apparently they want me to drink and not dip my strip in . It’s sad to say this place is not the place to go to . Years ago they use to know how to take care of a customer, I hope things improve in the near future or maybe management needs to be reevaluated!!! Sadly I will not return.

First time I've been to this chicken express and was extremely disappointed! Not because I didn't get what ordered. The chicken express I used go to (but I've moved)would always get at least one extra tender and an abundance of fries. This place the fries could not help but to stay in the packaging the gravy cup is smaller and well I guess I cannot complain about getting exactly the number tenders. But ya! Not happy about it!

I think this is my LAST order from Chicken Express. It's like being a child on Christmas day, you've said exactly what you wanted but, it's never quite right. I request no ice. It's ALWAYS extra ice. I buy cookies. They are either not in the bag or there's only 1. I receive spicy when I order mild or vice versa. And there's no sauce when I've paid extra for the privilege. What I've ordered is printed on the receipt so there is ZERO excuse. They are no longer the only chicken place close to me, there's now Golden Chick and Popeyes. I will visit either or both of them a few times a week instead. Maybe they will appreciate my money and give me EXACTLY what I've paid for.

Worst experience ever , went on 4/11 they double charged my card.came today 4/17 after cleared. Told the manager and showed him 2 different charges for the same day. He was extremely rude and yelled at me would not refund me the amount .told the bank and they agreed he was shady and I called him out.bro u know customer service as a gm , said I would get " free food" and then go back to my bank.unreal this dude attitude.i do not recommend going here.check your bank statements they are dealing shady business practices.

Just witnesses a supervisor be very unprofessional with a customer. They made a mistake on his order. No sure exactly what but next thing I I know the supervisor (guy in red shirt with dark hair) starts to talk very loudly to the customer and tell him it’s not his fault that they made his order wrong. He also proceeded to say it’s not his fault that soft drinks are not available. I think this is completely unprofessional considering he is the person in charge and should be excepting full responsibility for anything not functioning in a manner or expectation that customers of chicken express have
