Little Caesars

Tried to order online but they only had one way to pay. When I tried to find an alternate method, my order got canceled! So I drove there. When I tried to explain what happened, to an employee outside with a cigarette hanging from her mouth, she just commanded me to go to the drive through. Since the menu wasn't illuminated, I couldn't read it so they lost a $58.00 order.

Called my order in, said it would be 10 minutes. Drove about 15 minutes and it wasn’t ready, had to wait 10 more minutes. Doors were locked I saw about 10 different people drive up to Drive through and just leave because no one waited on them. The pizzas looked like they had been tossed around. The workers kept peeking out the door to see if we were still there. When they did bring food, he brought it out back door instead of lobby. The food was not hot as it should have been. I will go to Papa Johns in the future. This mom was really disappointed on Mothers Day

Why are the people that work there soo rude and sarcastic? Placed order and went to pick it up thru the drive thru. Man very hateful said I needed to let them know I was there. And to do that next time. I thought he was just having a bad day. Ordered 4 lg pizzas again recently and was told if I would wait a minute he would tell me how much it was. If they will talk to you like that it makes you wonder what would they do to your food!!

Fiance went to pick up pizza, didn't look at it until he got home. Pizza was burnt, I called and complained, they wouldnt do anything about it. Wouldn't replace it or give a refund even though I offered to bring the pizza back, they said no because we didn't have a receipt, because they didn't give us one.

I gave Little Ceasars 3 stars because I went and ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread and crazy combo. They told me 5 min wait on cheese pizza. I waited 25 min in parking lot. I went back through the drive thru and told the lady nicely that I have not received my order yet and told her I had waited for 25 min. She looked at my receipt and gathered my stuff together and never said sorry or anything she literally said here you go!
