Taco Bell sometimes gets very busy and the wait can be fairy long, but everyone there is working hard and doing a great job. I have rarely gotten a wrong order and it is always good. They are super quick at the window and even with the line wait the payment/food handoff is a quick exchange.

Absolutely love this place I’m always craving Taco Bell and everyone there is so nice. I eat a lot for my size of a person but they never judge. Absolutely amazing environment here and the food always comes out fresh and hot. Can’t wait to go here again!

I have throat cancer and hard for me to talk. Thank God I can talk at all. Anyway I want through the drive thru (lobby was closed) the guy in the back was cussing about me and said I should learn how to talk before going through the drive thru. I have a disability and the things he said and the f work was used quite a few times among other words he use to describe me. I will never go back.

This is a really good taco bell. One of the better managed restaurants in Bedford. Totally recommend.

Good food, fast service, the manager is kind of a jerk she's not very nice. But the man at the front register name Dwayne was excellent. he should be given a raise. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and gets along great with the customers.

No matter the time of the day slow or God forbid busy they take an extremely long time in drive through to get you your food and have a bad attitude

I wished I had saved my reciept to share the Drive Thru workers name and sing her PRAISES to the highest rafters! It has been a few weeks, but she provides OUTSTANDING customer service! She had beautiful multi-colored hair & make up...just JELLY I'm afraid to ROCK IT at my age! LOL She asked for a donation to the Taco Bell Scholarship Foundation, and I started asking questions about the Foundation. She was delightful, handled them with ease (not annoyance) and chatted with me when I got to the window...I WANT TO HIRE HER!!! And, yes, I donated and I am considering a larger gift to their scholarship fund, pending more research.
