Hoss's Steak & Sea House

A very homey restaurant. The salad bar was full and was very good. Lots of different dressing options. The steaks that we ordered were cooked as ordered (rare & medium), but were done on the wrong steaks... Server mixed up the order. The taste was good, and so we did not complain. That's the only reason I'm giving it four stars. The green apple tea is to die for. 😁

Calling this restaurant a "steak house" is a vast overstatement. Menu very limited. Having an open salad bar/buffet in this age of covid is a really poor idea. They did have plastic gloves intended, I believe, for people to use for serving themselves. Through my entire time at the restaurant, I did not see a single person use them, INCLUDING the staff. I ordered a cup of soup, which I'm fairly certain came out of a can. Caesar salad had parmesan straight out of a plastic container you get in the grocery store. Dressing was definitely not homemade. Slow to receive our food but....busy road, church traffic, lunch time, any number of things. They're open, they serve food, the food was hot and tasteful, the restaurant was clean and our server kept our glasses full and checked on us periodically. Good experience at the Bedford Hoss's.
