Table 8 Pasta

Love TBL8! Really comfortable environment, it's in the footprint of a former florist, so lots of light, super clean, and very roomy. You can watch the cooks and talk with them (the family that owns the place are really great to get to know, really up-and-coming fixtures in the Bedford area who do a lot for the local schools and youth sports). But enough about that-- The food, oh wow the food. Nothing is frozen or fried (they don't even have a freezer!) it's all cooked FRESH and from SCRATCH (even the vinaigrette) from family recipes they develop, and it shows. They love their recipes and are more than happy enough to offer recommendations, and trust me, you if take their ideas or build your own, home run every time. Their meatballs are melt-in-your-mouth, their pasta is cooked perfectly, and their sauces have more spices and varieties than Sicily itself. We have been here a couple of times. Both times we have enjoyed the food. You pick your type of pasta, your type of sauce, and then meat or vegetables allowing you to mix and match to your heart's content. I enjoyed the linguine with chicken Alfredo with broccoli. The portions are a good size and your meal comes with one or two fresh rolls; once we were given one roll each and another time two rolls each. The rolls were quite good and complemented the pasta. Drinks are from a standup cooler. You order at the register, pay, and then they bring you your food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one knock is that if it is crowded it can be very loud as there is a lot of tile, which gives it a clean feel, but makes sound bounce if there is a lot.

T8 is my favorite place to get takeout. The employees are so nice, the food is ready quickly and is SO good. I try to get different stuff every time and I've never had a mistake with my order or an order I wasn't totally satisfied with. It's healthy and also it really reminds me of fancy Italian restaurant pasta, so I would say it's very fairly priced. Thank you!!!

When I heard there was a Pasta place behind the Walgreen's in Bedford, I didn't think much of it as we don't eat pasta, mostly stay away from carbs. However, my husband was checking out the menu and decided to give it a try as they have vegetable noodles as one of the options. We got those along with the TBL8 specialty sauce. This has marinara, cream, pancetta, cheese, mushrooms & garlic. There are sides of protein you can add also. This sounded pretty good, so we got some take-out for dinner. It was really excellent! My daughter had the diablo sauce on pasta and said that was also delicious, as was the home-made cannoli. Give this place a try. You'll be so happy you did!

Absolutely, incredibly, and ridiculously delicious. I had gluten free penne with Alfredo and it was SOOOOO yummy!!!! I am not a huge fan of the ambience, personally (just a little too modern for my tastes), and that Alfredo sauce is totally gonna get me back there anyway! 😁 Garlic bread was also good!

This place is a great place to get a pasta meal. It's a simple concept, but it is executed great. You can customize your own dishes! One thing to note is the the vegetable noodle are not regular noodle made with vegetable juices. Instead, it is noodles made out of vegetables! The zucchini noodles were better than I thought they would have been.

Went in today with a co-worker for a pick up order! The young lady at the front was EXTREMELY friendly. She answered all our questions and went over promos. after returning to the office to eat our lunch, we discovered how DELICIOUS the food was. The gentleman cooking in the back was very kind and definitely knows how to cook! I would 100% go back and plan on telling everyone I know to check it out. Great job table 8
