The best indian food in the whole Belfast.
Highly recommended
We were a group of six and each one ordered a different dish, all of them were top taste.

A bite of India in Belfast. Stuck to a vegetarian fare so can't comment on the non vegetarian dishes. In fact I sampled only the South Indian dishes. Samosas were great and so was the idli. Medu wadas were a bit chewy, not crisp pretty much below par. Dosa was alright. The chutneys and sambar were decent. So was the complimentary papad . Slightly priced on the higher side but alright. They have some discounts running most of the times as well .

Bites of India had been recommended to us by our son and his fiancee so we decided to give it a try on a quiet Monday evening. My wife had a mixed non veggie starter platter for two as her main course and I had a medium spicy lamb biryani. Staff were great, both meals were served fairly quickly and both were delicious. I haven't tried Dosas before and they look great so intend to return soon to try something different.

We had chicken biryani, lamb biryani palak paneer and naan garlic. All are delicious. So glad to find this halal restaurant quite close to the Queens university. They give 10% discount when you pay cash.

Best Indian food in the town! Highly recommend coming here everything from the food to the service was awesome. They had mild medium and spicy levels, they all turned out great and mouth watering!

It's not fancy. The decor is Indian restaurant funk, which is fine by me. Family owned and operated, service reflects eager to please; no "attitude" here.
Of course the thing is the food...
Excellent, and especially good for reasonable prices and total lack of pretense. And they are able to interpret "medium" and "mild" for us pale Yankees.
With all the choices near our hotel, we stumbled into this on a Sunday afternoon, and it was so good that we returned for a late lunch the following day!
Good wines and the Coors-like Cobra on tap, which btw is a great match to Indian food, IMHO.
We may not visit Belfast again, but this little place will always be the Gold Standard for Indian chow.
