Just called into M&S cafe and very pleasantly surprised that they have a gluten free sandwich pack. The 'New Yorker' was lovely. The staff on the till were very friendly and approachable. Definitely will come back knowing that there's a gluten free option.

I would like to say how impressed I was today (6/9/23 approximately 5.10 pm) while navigating my way through the self checkout. The assistant, named Aeneas (I’m hoping the spelling is correct), was so helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for him! I mentioned this to a relative who told me she knew exactly who I meant as he had also been extremely polite to her and very knowledgeable about the store! Aeneas is certainly an asset to the store!

If I could give more stars I would ...excellent service today from Martha lovely young lady took time to redirect my choice of bra..bought 2 and will buy 2 more ...I am happy to report that all my other bras have are in the bin.

The quality is still there. I got 2 sweaters and the price was moderate. Not much of a crowd in but it was about 10.30am on a Tuesday morning. It is still the place to go to for well made clothes at a competitive cost
