Great atmosphere, lively. You can smell the steak on a stone as you walk in . We had the 3 bites options for starters. Broccoli wings, goats cheese balls and peppers . 8/10 , I'd like a bit of spice in the batter . We both had the baked cod with orzo - 10/10 9 year old had the kids steak on the stone with chips , very good , chips 10/10. Good selection of beers although had no ipa available. Good selection of spirits. Sticky toffee pud was sublime 10/10 Will go again

Pre theatre menu 2 course £20 each Good rump steak and chips. Pepper sauce £1.70 extra. Tasty chicken and potato gratin. Restaurant temperature could have been a bit lower and background music was a bit Rocky and random. Overall experience was very good and our server Emily had a lovely friendly smile and was very helpful and pleasant.

Booked last minute for a table of four and had a really fantastic experience! We had a shared platter of breads for starters and 4 different steaks for our main course. The food was amazing, we ordered a few too many sides as the portions were very generous. The wine list was pretty nice and we settled on a South African suviogon blanc which was very easy to drink. I plan on checking out the cocktail list on our next visit. The staff were attentive without over doing it. We will be back! Thank you for a beautiful experience!
