The food is good, especially the pork and duck dishes, however if they are going to claim to be open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays then "Sorry we don't deliver now" at 0015 isn't the best, their delivery hours have ended even earlier (before 2300) the day before bank holidays. I personally feel that their food contains too much meat and not enough veg (however if you like lots of meat and next to no veg this may be a positive for you as the meat is often cooked well) and their sauce is always a bit too sweet but but both of these things are subjective however their fried rice is very oily and isn't the best, but you can't win them all. Their delivery staff get the job done in a polite manner and they deliver hot food quickly. As well as that the phone staff are good and give out a time estimate and total price with every order which is good as some places have told me "the final price is up to the delivery driver", again personal preference but I prefer a fixed delivery price even if I live next door or am at the very edge of their delivery area, it keeps things fair for all customers. I'm not expecting Michelin star cooking or amazing service I just feel that their style of food doesn't suit me personally, however it is by no means a bad takeaway and you definitely get value for money, especially if you are trying to feed two (or more) people with a single dish and side (and maybe a starter) previously they had said they didn't deliver an hour or so before closing which I didn't appreciate, but they seem to have changed that now in my past 2 recent orders.
