I've always enjoyed my dining experience at Daniel's Broiler. Let it be for a birthday, graduation or anniversary. My last trip was for a friend's birthday.
One would think that all the locations would have it's own uniqueness but still have consistency when it comes to their food. Not was i very wrong!
Our group ordered some calamari, popcorn shrimp, scallops and lobster bisque as a starter. All the food especially the popcorn shrimp but the lobster bisque was so salty!!! We used the bread to neutralized the saltiness.
For the main entrée most ordered the $100 steak while others opted for the lobster, salmon and chicken.
I only order the chicken or salmon every time i dine at DB since i don't eat pork or beef.
Unfortunately that night I uncharacteristically had my food returned as it was so salty!!
I thought of mixing it with the mashed potatoes to neutralize the saltiness but it was waaaay beyond that!
I felt bad doing that as I've never done that every but if you are paying so much for food it has to be at least edible.
My friend's salmon was somewhat salty too and she didn't even finish it.
From the lobster bisque to the chicken and fish, it's unfortunate that Daniel's Broiler completely missed the mark that night.
The one thing they got right as always is their customer service. Will this experience stop me from ever going to DB? Unlikely. Maybe I'll second guess the Bellevue location if anything.

We ordered scallops for appetitezer, it was delicious 5/5. The drinks were delicious, i got old fashion 5/5. The main entrée I got was sea bass, fish was fresh and cooked perfectly, the sauce is good but too rich for my liking and maybe lacking some salt 4/5. My fiancée got the filet mignon Daniel's cut 12oz medium rare, it was cooked perfectly inside but way too charred on the outside and it was bland, 2/5. We got a dessert to share, the chocolate cookie with scoop of ice-cream, 5/5. Fantastic view and service. 335 dollars after tax and 20 percent service fee that was auto included.

My wife and I chose to visit Daniels Broiler Bellevue for our first anniversary. This was our first time coming to the Bellevue location. We picked this location since it supposedly had a nice view of downtown Bellevue & Seattle. I believe it was on the 21st floor and the view did not disappoint. Our waitress was one of the nicest waitresses we have had in a while and she immediately wished us happy anniversary. Based on her suggestion we each ordered a glass of red wine(sorry I did forget the name of the wine). We placed an order for calamari as an appetizer, soup and salad for a between course, I ordered a bone in ribeye steak including daniels special Oscar style, and my wife ordered the daniels delmonico steak.
The calamari was amazing! Calamari is one of my favorite apps to get but sometimes the breading can be bad or too thick. This calamari was perfect, flaky breading, cooked great, and the 2 provided dipping sauces were so good! One was a garlic aoli and the other was a spicy cocktail sauce.
To be honest I normally prefer my meats without bones, but I wanted to try a bone in ribeye for the first time. While I was at it I thought why not make it Oscar style! Oscar style is a holandaze type sauce with asparagus and crab that covers your steak. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and already so juicy but the Oscar style combined made a crazy unique flavor that I can't describe. It's a bit pricy of a topping add on but I would 100% recommend this.
My wife's delmonico was also cooked perfect. For her first time having a delmonico she was very pleased.
At the end of our meal we decided not to have dessert but our waitress was kind enough to bring us a coconut fudge sundae as a anniversary present. She was nothing but kind the entire time and this was a very thoughtful gesture for us.
Overall daniels never dissappoints us and we really recommend the Bellevue location -Colter W

5/5 all around. This was my first time at a Daniel’s Broiler.
We made reservations for a Tuesday a few days ahead and had no problems reserving a spot.
Parking is easy - park in the hotel garage below. If you leave before 8pm, you can validate the ticket stub at the restaurant.
Service - Is 20/5 stars possible? Our server (Maria I believe, I’m bad with names) was so kind I almost wished she could have had drinks with us. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and had good pacing.
Drinks - I asked for a filthy martini and they did not shy away. I got two types of olives (regular and blue cheese), and a side pitcher with more olive juice. It was a great touch and great service. Fiancé got the Apple Manhattan and enjoyed that as well.
Food - it was AMAZING. We ordered the bacon-wrapped scallops, the Daniel’s filet (medium), and the bone-in ribeye (medium). Garlic mashed potato side for both steaks. All were incredibly flavorful and filling. We had enough to save for a meal the following day.
We got the cheesecake for dessert and the coconut sundae. Omg, both were so decadent. The coconut sundae comes with the yummiest fudge topping.
Price - about $400 with tip added and worth every penny. We spent nearly 2 and a half hours with great conversation, views, and food. Will be back!

Beautiful view, fantastic service, and delicious food! Went for lunch on a weekday a while back during the summer and had a great first experience here. I came alone and was seated in a corner with a great view instead of at the bar.
I usually wouldn't pay such a steep price for a wedge salad but I thoroughly enjoyed the taste and would order it again! The filet mignon was delicious (not a fan of the peppercorn sauce personally though) as well as the mashed potatoes, but I was a bit full from the bread and wedge salad so I didn't finish it- Would recommend going with someone else!
Definitely pricey but worth the visit at least once or twice. Will definitely be back!

Considering the price of this place, I expected the food to taste better. Steak was a little overcooked and had burned parts when I requested medium rare. Other entrees were pretty normal, no issues but didnt taste particularly brilliant. Appetizers were probably the highlight of the entire meal. Service was all right, waiter probably could have smiled more throughout the evening.

Went for our anniversary and it was amazing. Top notch food and service, I wish I could remember her name! We also had a reservation for 730 and they were able to move us up in time the same day which was very nice. Wish the view was a little better. Definitely recommend
