Visited at 8pm but there was still waiting line. Medium size place. Service was just decent. The ramen was amazing. Not salty and kinda creamy, so i was able to empty the bowl. The best ramen in this area. The fried shrimp was also too good. Very crispy.

We love this place! The ramen is amazing, always so fresh and flavorful, especially the original 2010. We are also obsessed with the crispy rice with spicy tuna, the Jinya bun, and the impossible tacos. Honestly I could eat here more than once a day and not get tired of it!

What food we got was great. I had a vegetarian ramen. They have vegan and gluten free options. Daughter had the kids' meal and husband had curry w rice. My older daughter had little vegetarian tacos and gyoza and spicy tuna rolls. We ask enjoyed our meals. However, many things we tried to order weren't available. Couldn't get the cocktail, main dish my older daughter wanted, or dessert. The little one's ramen came, but without the rest of the kids' meal. It took a long time to get seated. Then no one came to our table. Then they didn't really check in after. The food we got was good, but the service wasn't great and the menu was missing many options.

Ordered the tonkotsu black on a thursday evening, wasn’t too busy, nice interior. Hopefully will come back to try other things! Ramen was good, noodles were great as were the toppings, just one star off from the egg being cold on the inside (not like room temp but actually cold). Perfect jammy egg otherwise. Meat was room temp but that was fine. Service was good and super fast, I ate alone and was in and out.

I had the new promotional ramen, called Tokyo spice, it has pork chashu, minced pork, and a poached egg (not marinated). It's pretty good, not overwhelmingly spicy, so I like it a lot. The karaage is pretty good too, it's paired with vinegar rather than thousand island sauce which is a bit unconventional, but I still like the dish.

OVERALL:
I would definitely visit again but when its not as cold outside!
INTERIOR:
Small interior space but clean and simple. I can imagine this place getting pretty crowded and having a good wait time. We go there around 1pm and there were a few tables open so we got seated immediately.
The worse part about this experience was every time someone would open the door, which was about every 5 mins, it dropped the restaurant tempt to a toast 37F. Needless to say, we sat, we ate, and we left.
STAFF:
Very minimal interaction with the staff so its hard to say they were overly friendly or helpful. When we got seated, someone brought water immediately which is great. After a few mins, a waitress came over and took our order. Other than that, we didnt get checked on until we were done and they asked if we wanted the check.
FOOD:
The food was tasty and came out quick which was a huge plus since I didnt want to stay in the restaurant long due to the constant influx of cold air coming from the outside.
- Spicy tuna taco: This was a back up order since they didnt have the spicy salmon taco available. Good crunch to the taco and good flavor of the poke.
- Chef's special: Kaarage ramen: Broth was flavorful and the kaarage wasnt completely soft from sitting in the broth. The only change would be to swap out the thin noodles it comes with to the thicker ramen noodle.
- Tonkatsu spicy: Broth was very good, the chashu had a good braise and good amount of fat. I wish the slice was a little bigger as this is the smallest piece of chashu i've been given in a ramen. I loved the thicker ramen noodle it came with. I am very surprise the lack of topping it automatically gets included. You can obviously add extra topping for a fee but wish it came with more.

The food is great but the tables are a hit or miss depending on where you sit. If you are close to the door when it's cold outside, no amount of hot ramen is going to make you warm.
Had the chicken karagee ramen, a chef special. The broth was good but if you like it spicy, I wouldn't recommend it unless you get some chili paste and add to it like I did. The chicken karagee was good and I might get just that as an appetizer next time. The noodles are thin unlike the ones in kizuki but still tasty.
We also had the spicy chicken ramen which was good. You definitely want to go for the spicier ones ;)
A nice find for certain, will repeat!

Came here on a Thursday night with my boyfriend and there wasn’t a wait, so we were seated promptly. It’s a rare occurrence when we both order the same dish, but today was the day. We got the Jinya Tonkatsu Black. The pork belly was fall apart soft and the broth was flavorful and rich. We also ordered Takoyaki, it was mainly batter with a tiny piece of octopus, but it was tasty and can’t help but enjoy the dipping sauce. If you’re looking for a quick sit down ramen spot, Jinya is the place.
