The worst hot pot I’ve ever been to in Seattle. 1. Understaffed and terrible service, I didn't know there was a regular menu until I read the reviews, because the staff only gave us the premium menu. 2. Veggies not fresh, the corn taste bitter, the lotus not fresh also . 3. Broth taste bad, and we don’t like the dipping sauce also, it taste bitter. I'd rather you charge me more and let us make the dip we want. Overall, will not back again and would not recommend, don’t waste your time and money, just go somewhere else

Overall great experience. Service was really good - we went late and a waiter was really patient and explained to me different options they had and which one opened to what time. At about 8:40pm on a Saturday , the restaurant was still kind of full of people. We were able to grab seats at the bar, ordered our food. Food came fairly fast, the regular option was quite big portion. The stove was a bit confusing - you’ll have to turn it on and tap “adjust” to actually adjust the heat level. I thought I had it on high heat, but only realized it was not on after someone sitting beside me pointed it out.

First time back after pandemic. I like that they have different broths that you can choose. It is an individual pot and all you can eat for one price. They provide basic sauce for free. There is a charge for other sauces. This restaurant is very clean and spacious. Fun to have a small group get together.

Food is good if it ever comes. Service is the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Don’t be fooled by AYCE, nothing you order will arrive, so you will get fed up after waiting for an hour and a half and you will leave hungry. Just for reference, I came on a Wednesday and there were 5 tables (50% capacity) including us. See photo.

Decent food I suppose. Pretty pricey though and the service is average to poor at best. Probably understaffed and everything with the job environment, but I literally had to ask for waters and a menu. They checked on our table 0 times and we had to always flag someone down. I feel bad only giving 3 and really did consider that every restaurant is short staffed. But it really makes the experience worse given that you are spending 80-100 with two people.

Reasonably solid food for the price, but pretty disappointed in the service. Came in for all-you-can-eat (AYCE) nearly two hours before closing, yet after the initial order, had a heck of a time trying to get anything else to the table. Used the app, waited 20 minutes, then had to ask the waiter multiple times on its status. By the time we received our food, we were running close to closing. As you can imagine, there was no time for another serving. A few of us actually ended up getting food elsewhere afterwards, which is beyond frustrating for a planned sit-down like this. I will be willing to give it another shot in the future, and will edit my review accordingly. But until then, this is my two cents. Very disappointed, and hope owners do something to remedy this problem. EDIT: Still the same problem. Worse than last time, so dropping to one star. Can't even justify it with the pricepoint, unfortunately. Arrived an hour and a half before closing with only half the seats filled. Same problem, even with a smaller party and asking for more food on initial service. Received lamb when asking for something else. Pretty upset about that too, since it wasn't replaced until we finished. Time to go elsewhere.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants so it pains me to see how far it's fallen. I've been coming here since at least 2015, and back then it was great! The food was a bit expensive but not bad, the broth choice great, and the service was at a minimum decent. Back then and even up until 2020/21 ish it was incredibly popular, with you having to wait an hour or more for service (but we'd do it anyway because it was good). I came here recently and the first thing I noticed is that during peak hours, it was only half full. That was unheard of for this place and was my first warning sign. The other thing I noticed was that the crowd, whom had typically been east-Asian, were largely absent and replaced with non-East Asians. This was my second warning sign. Interestingly, it was the same with the staff - they'd largely been east-Asian before, and now had a lot of non east-Asians. Not saying it's an issue but clearly something had changed. We ignored the warning signs and decided to order anyway. Service was extremely slow, we had to ask the waiters to bring us our water. It also took them over 30 minutes to bring us the meat we ordered - it's literally just raw meat, there is very little to no prep time so there was absolutely not reason for the delay. I asked for chili sauce as well and had to remind them twice in order to get it. I also noticed another table having to get up and walk to the waiters to get their check - they were clearly just as frustrated as us. I have no idea why the service was so bad, there weren't even that many people and bringing out raw meat is not hard. Either way, it completely soured my experience of the place and until they fix their issues, I'm not going back.
