Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya

I was here last Saturday night and it was not busy because we got the table right away. Ordered 3 dishes and 2 ramens came out quickly. Waited for 3rd dish but never showed up until both ramens are finished. Asked where the 3rd dish is and they told me they are out of rice. It would have been fine if they told us right away but they did not bother to tell us until we asked. I can't post picture of 3rd dish because I never saw it.

A place that gives you undercooked chicken and never apologizes. Since we ate all of our food, we will pay for it, so when I asked for a receipt for the food, he gave me the receipt without saying anything. The receipt also included the price of undercooked chicken. Money isn't the problem, but why did he explain to us that he didn't feel sorry for us Why are you pretending not to know? So amazing, but because my kid was sitting in front of me I said politely, “Is this undercooked chicken?” I asked, and he said “no”. (Chicken blood spilled on the napkin?)🤬 I found out after my little one had already eaten...how sorry I was for my son. I’m also a person in the service business, so I usually tip a lot, but this is the first time I haven't tipped.

It didn’t take me and my friend to get in to our seats. The noodles are great, not to mention the soup. I love the eggs as well! The service was not bad, but it would be good if they remembered to give us water and bills haha. If you are really hungry, I would recommend you order more than just the ramen. Overall it was great!
