Food was a bit salty and somewhat inauthentic. I ordered the 卤肉饭, which is a Taiwanese dish consisting of a bowl of rice with minced pork and sauce on top. XO added bean curd and didn't use enough sauce. The Singapore-style rice noodles left an odd aftertaste in my mouth, and the flavoring wasn't mixed evenly (some noodles tasted plain, others had more flavor). The pan-fried beans were better. The beans themselves were perfectly cooked, not too over- or under-cooked. But the flavoring was too salty and unevenly mixed. That meant some beans tasted good, but others tasted really salty. Finally, the crispy pork intestines (don't judge) were pretty crispy but not worth $11. On the other hand, the service was very quick and efficient, and the servers were very nice. I'm not sure if I would return though.

Our 2nd chinese restaurant in Bellevue, a nice walk from our hotel. A standard looking building right above the freeway. And standard “chinese” decor, no real surprises, no view outside. Big menu with lots of pictures. Service was prompt, food was hot and tasty. I guess they just bring it as it’s ready as our entrees arrived at different times. I had Mongolian Beef, (not sure how Chinese that is), lots of tasty beef, excellent sauce, very flavorful, not too spicy. Nothing to complain about, nothing to get too excited about.
