Visited this Asian fusion restaurant as we got recommended by one our friends. Not a great experience. Ambiance is so good. Parking is expensive in downtown. Food is so bland. Fish starter is the only item we liked there. Burnt garlic fried rice is very bland n tasteless. Lamb is big chunks not easy to eat . Waiter was not so attentive and didn’t even inquire how the food was !! 😏

A friend recommended to me Inchin’s Bamboo Garden for Asian fusion food. I ordered Singapore style Chowmein and Paneer 69. I liked Paneer 69, it was spicy but tasted good. Singapore style Chowmein was a bit of a disappointment. The noodle dish was bland and tasted more like a regular Hakka Noodles. Not very impressed by the taste.

I really loved dining at this place. Me and my husband went here as soon as it opened at 5pm and people had already started pouring in. We got a table easily. We ordered manchow soup, schezuan dumplings, street side chowmein and rasmalai. Everything tasted very good. The dumplings were okay but not bad. Presentation was great as well. The only reason I deducted one star is because the server's mask was not covering the nose and it seemed wrong given they stressed on customers having masks on (which is definitely a good thing)

Best was noodles, spring rolls and soup. We went around 9:00PM. Staff was very friendly specially Geeta(Gita😜). A star less for serving us extra soy sauce in gobhi manchurian🤣🤣. You can see it, just the gravy was not eatable. Overall we had good time here. Spring rolls are best suggested. They are not taking table booking(atleast when i called).

TL:DR - Pretty good, overpriced drinks, wonky hours, and worth the trip. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and the food was definitely worth it. Their yellow curry was better than their butter chicken in a weird twist but the price was right. The signature drinks were a bit steep but what else can one expect in downtown Bellevue. Overall worth the trip if you exclude drinks. Will go again.

Highly disappointed with the main course. Appetizers were okay. The Redmond branch had way better tasting food. We ordered shrimp pepper salt, which was good. Followed by lamb momos, good too. Then the main dishes... We ordered szechwan fried rice and hot garlic fish. Both were sweet and tasted the same. What a disappointment. Quantity was good but taste was nothing like what we are used to from our past experience in the former Redmond location.
