3 Pigs Barbecue

A work colleague recommended this place to have BBQ. So my friends and I stopped by for a feast. I like the lean beef briskets, pork spare ribs, and sides. The cornbread was on the hard, crusty side, but everything else was flavorful. The customer service was fast and professional. Bathroom and eat area are clean. I'd come again to try out a different dish.

Interior/ cleanliness: 5 star. A nicely sports theme interior. Staffs are keeping everything clean Staffs/service: 4 star. It's a fast-food style bbq place. I won't expect much. They are trying to help, one staff help the lady in front of me for like 10 mins for her big orders. Yes they can use a smile, but it was a busy lunch hour. I think it's totally acceptable that they rather get things done quick than smile and chat about weather with customer. Food/price: 4 star. I haven't been in Texas long enough to tell you if this is authentic or classic bbq, but I can tell you that the beef ribs were juicy, meat was tender and sauce is good. Chili was tasty enough (Costco does have a better one if you ask me). Maybe slightly pricy. Overall it's a good bbq place. I will come back and try other meats when I get a chance.
