Wayback Burgers

Wednesday their burger melts are on sale and that is what initially drew me in. However I wasn't given the discount because I "didn't mention it" when I ordered, they didn't fix it but were otherwise nice. Been there for other burgers now several times. Other than that first time, friendly and accurate orders, delicious food. Great sauces too.

Food is Great. But I really take Exception to your Policy of not allowing Customers to Tip ! Your Staff do an exceptional job representing your brand. In this day and age with the cost-of-living so high it is ridiculous that you do not allow them to receive tips. I think you should revisit this policy.

I ordered a chocolate cake shake because I seen the picture of it and it looked amazing. What I got was just a shake with hardly any cake blended in it and a partial cake on top. I wouldn’t have ordered it had I know there wouldn’t be chocolate syrup or whip cream on it. And when I asked the lady who gave it to me, she acted like she had no idea. Also I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich with no tomato. And I got hold and realized it had no Buffalo sauce on it. If I wanted a chicken sandwich. I would of ordered a chicken sandwich. Will not be coming back here. Pure negligence. Update to the owners response: Whip cream doesn’t melt very fast or at all on a milkshake, and I don’t know many people who order a drink and wait till they get home to drink it. As for the chocolate syrup, does that melt to? Because I didn’t have any of that either. I asked for the Buffalo chicken sandwich crispy with no tomatoes and extra Buffalo sauce and blue cheese. On your menu it describes what comes with the sandwich and the last ingredient is Ranch or Blue Cheese. Which gives the customer the option to have either or (while also including the Buffalo sauce) So there is no reason to not have the sauce on there. That is not an excuse. Also if I or any other customer wanted a chicken sandwich with blue cheese. You would order that. Not a Buffalo chicken sandwich with no Buffalo sauce. I was in the restaurant today and I will post pictures as proof. You will see that the receipt doesn’t say anything about no Buffalo sauce, the shake is not what was in the picture and the sandwich didn’t have Buffalo sauce. I don’t want any free credits or anything. I won’t be back.

Delivery Review: We ordered burgers & shakes on a Sunday afternoon through GrubHub, and we were fat-happy with our orders! I had a make-your-own burger with onion rings. My buddy got the bacon cheeseburger with a strawberry shake. Everything was off the charts, just what we needed for a lazy weekend lunch. Next time you're craving a burger, give these guys a shot. I devoured those burgers and fries! I had a classic burger and a rodeo burger. You can't go wrong work a classic. It's a classic! It's nostalgic! They used BBQ sauce in the rodeo burger but that didn't over power the burger. The patties were thin in both cases. The fries were salted just enough (not overly salty). They were warm and crispy! The people were nice! They were friendly and even joked around with each other. They really were friendly and helpful! Plenty of parking outside.
