Evergreens

Terrible experience today. I was ignored from the moment I walked in the store. I finally asked if they were open to get my order in, but before that a nice police officer came in after me and received a smile and the lady was ready to take his order. The officer pointed to me so I could order first. Nice officer by the way. I should have gotten his name. I tried calling the manager of couple of times so far, no response, so I will let corporate know of this particular store.

Picking up a delivery , extremely long wait. One of the employees gave me water . The problematic employee didn’t bother pronouncing names that were not western and have a 25 minute wait , i ask her if I can get a refill and told me that they didn’t serve water , I thought she was being sarcastic until I realize she wasn’t .

This is my absolutely favorite lunch place! The ingredients they use are super fresh, healthy, and delicious. The staff is always really friendly and processes your order quickly to get you in and out. You can customize your salad and put in any veggies you want to make a delicious salad. I find myself coming here at least twice a week because its such a healthy and tasty option that doesn't cost too much. They also offer you a piece of rosemary bread on the side which is really tasty and a nice texture change from the salad. Overall, this is a fantastic and healthy lunch option for anyone who works or lives nearby. I would recommend ordering online ahead of time for pick up so you don't have to wait in line as it does get pretty long sometimes (i've waited 30 min before to get a salad around noon).

Not overly impressed. Came here on a weekday during lunch time (I work in the building right across the plaza) and the line was about 20m long. I mobile ordered while in line while my co-workers waited in line (they were doubtful that it was actually faster). By the time they got to the bar I saw there were about 5-6 pre-orders in the ticket machine just being totally ignored. I went and waited by the cash register and asked about my salad. They said they'd get on it immediately and the cashier looked bewildered when he saw how long the online order queue was, and how the people behind the counter were continuously deciding to ignore it. Props to the guy behind the cash register, he was super friendly, helpful and made sure they made my order first. But for everyone else in the restaurant, really? In the end, I got my order about 5 seconds before they did... it's convenient and fresh, but $15 for a tiny salad, spotty service service and long wait? I'll probably pass.
