Nuodle

My wife and I came here to meet up with my daughter for lunch. This is our first time. The noodles were really good. The dried chicken was a little bit hard, tasted like microwave fried chicken. Other than that the rest of the foods were really good. The drinks were a bit too sweet for me. It's definitely a place on the list for revisit.#jltwebsolutions

The restaurant serves a wide variety of noodle dishes, many of which come in soup. Some are definitely reminiscent of dishes that my Chinese mother would make. There are a number of options for sides and appetizers, as well as some sweet drinks. The restaurant itself is relatively unassuming, a stretch of booths and some tables. They currently take all their orders completely digitally, either through a touchscreen at the entrance or via a Web page accessed via QR code.

I've been a fan of their chili oil as it's very fragrant and flavorful. After coming across the restaurant, I knew I had to try them out even when I'm not hungry at all. I liked they had different noodle sizes that you can try and get it as a soup or stir fry. I ordered original beef noodle soup with extra wide noodles and also a couple side items. You can taste that the noodles are fresh hand pulled and had a good texture. The broth was also flavorful and when you add their chili oil, it just brings it up to another level. My only complaint is that I wished they had a bigger soup spoon.

Not a bad restaurant but I doubt I'd go back. INTERIOR: Overall a decent establishment. Nothing fancy, pretty simple, but I wouldnt say it was 100% clean. The table we sat down at looked like it hadnt been wipe down. Though it was sticky so this may just be imprints from overuse old table... Not sure if the contactless ordering and payment is due to the pandemic but it was very user friendly. STAFF: The staff wasnt rude per se but they were not friendly. I would say its a typical Chinese restaurant where you dont for customer service. They didnt greet us when we entered and they didnt say anything to us when we left. FOOD: I was a little disappointed as this place was recommended by friends. The food did come up very quickly which is a huge plus. 1. Crispy beef patty (under side dish, S1) - What came out of the kitchen looked like the menu photo. There wasnt as much beef inside the patty as I hoped. The exterior was hot and crispy. 2. Rou Jia Mo (under side dish, S3) - DID NOT look like the menu photo. The menu photo had large cube pork whereas what I got looked like bbq pulled pork or sloppy joe. The meat had enough sauce that everything was moist but didnt have a lot of flavor. The exterior, the bread, was dry. You could see that they used too much flour. 3. Beef Fried Handmade Noodle (under Noodles, L6) - It looked similar to the menu as in it was a noodle dish. But if you told me the dish was something else, I would believe you. There was some flavor to it but it was pretty greasy.

I ordered the pork noodles and spicy cold beef. The noodles had good flavor but I wasn't happy with the cold beef. Prices are quite high for what you get. I did like the presentation of the food and while the host was welcoming the waitress wasn't. Additionally, ordering while dining in can be confusing if your table doesn't realize that you need to order everything on a single phone. I probably won't be back but can recommend this place for anyone looking to try a new Chinese noodle restaurant.

Terrible Quality Food! ! ! We ordered food about 6:00pm yesterday. However, I started to have diarrhea at about 9:00pm. My boyfriend vomited and diarrhea from midnight to morning. We can not sleep all night. I had to take care of him and work. He felt better until I went to buy antidiarrheal pill for him after my work. I tried to call the restaurant, but I failed. I would not come to the restaurant again and recommend to my friends. It sucks. It is so ridiculous that I call back again and again, but still no one answered. What’ wrong with your telephone?
