Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love the food there but there are many times where I’ve ordered online asking specifically for guacamole and lettuce but did not receive either. It was basically a bowl of rice beans cheese and a few other vegetables. The location is Factoria Bellevue. Do not go there because they can mess up your order.

normally i hate doing this and give the benefit of the doubt but ive had enough. this is the 3rd straight order this chipotle has messed my order up on and im curious what kind of management is being ran here. the salad bowl is missing over half the ingredients, and my chicken burrito, served completely cold and.. oh right it doesnt have chicken?? after standing in the restaurant waiting for 20 minutes while the employees were talking about wanting to go home and not caring about the rest of the days orders.. shameful. absolutely shameful. you pay your employees $18/hr that they like to preach and brag about and do absolutely nothing but pisspoor work. advise everyone and everyone just do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. any management id love to speak to and work on getting this food refunded.

Excellent service and tasty, nutritious food. Always happy enjoying food from this brand name restaurant. A little incident brought my attention in the most recent visit. I noticed something not chewable in my chicken burrito, and realized that it was plastic food wrap when I spit it out. Following the food wrap, I chewed 2 pieces of chicken bone in the same burrito. It was somewhat disappointing. I hoped that the ingredients were more carefully prepared. I still like your food. Hope that you can keep up your good food quality!

We did not have a good experience at Chipotle this time. When we arrived, there was a sign up that said they only accept orders online. We went through the process of ordering online and the menu and options are not the same. For instance, on the kids meal, there wasn't an option to have beans as a protein - just as a topping, but somehow guacamole counts as a protein. Because beans count as a topping, you can only choose one other taco topping (like rice, cheese, or lettuce). In addition, it's not possible to request an extra side of something (like cheese or lettuce) because the online ordering options are limited. Also, when you go through the regular line and choose the components of your burrito, you can request "light" cheese or a "little bit" of something, but in the online ordering system, you can't do that. Our order was supposed to be ready in 7 minutes at 7:00 p.m. but in fact it wasn't ready until 7:12. Finally, when we got our order, one of the two crispy taco shells in our kids meal was broken. I went back in and requested a replacement so my child could make tacos and received "a look" from the employees like I was asking for something unreasonable. It's a taco, it's supposed to be able to hold the toppings. All in all, not a good experience. If I walk into a Chipotle again and they're requiring online ordering again, I'll turn around and find somewhere else to eat.

Decent meal for a decent price. The food aspect is well maintained but the crew doesn't do a lot to keep the eating area up to par. It's not terrible but it could certainly be improved by regular checking and cleaning off the tables and sweeping up. Technically they close at 10:00 p.m. but don't come in after 9:00 if you want the full treatment. Often the ice machine doesn't have any ice and the unsweetened tea is empty. The team will tell you that they don't do anything after 9:00 p.m. to correct that. Bit of a nuisance for me because I do eat late often. Nonetheless despite the problems it's close to where I live and the food is decent.

The place looks clean all the staff are nice and friendly but one staff who does the prep were slamming my foods down the cash register including my side of guacs and lemon. I don’t know what’s her problem is but this is not how you treat the foods that you serve to the costumer, especially in front of the costumer who’s going to eat it. Please train her better! One star less for that reason
