Taco Del Mar

This is a clean and tidy little burrito shop in the mall, with just a few seats. However, in the courtyard of the mall there are some extra seats to take away your meal. The "Baja Mex" style includes seafood such as fish and shrimp. The menu is more expansive than Chipotle --they have enchiladas, quesadillas, nachos, wet burritos, etc. A fan favorite is the 'mondo burrito'. Some great kid meal options as well. Vegans beware, at the time of my last visit, sadly they had eliminated the very tasty "Beyond Meat" option they added at the end of 2019.

Due to misadvertising and my hunger, I arrived at this place. This place is the fast food version of tacos. I tried a few different kinds. Buy when your shrimp gets microwaved in front of you, it's not a good feeling. But, I am being fair and grading it as a taco fast-food place. You will get okay tacos here - not great tacos. So, that's 3 stars. However, the service is stellar. All the people behind the counter we're super nice and they seem to really care for the customer and their needs. Therefore I am bumping it up to 4 stars. If you are looking for awesome tasting tacos, this is not the place. But if you want to go for a quick bite with the kids, this place is good. Pork taco was the best tasting.
