Jersey Mike's Subs

I was so excited to try this new sub shop. Then I walked in the door. Not overly friendly, not great customer service either. Staff just didn't seem like they wanted to be there. 20$ for two subs seemed kinda pricey, but they were good. Don't know that I'll be in a hurry to go back. I give it 3 stars but that's just for the sandwich.

My daughter and I went to this store for the first time today. The lady that took our order was extremely rude. My daughter was trying to tell her how she wanted her sandwiches and the lady cut her off. There was also a group of ladies that came in to pick up a call in order and were told they gave their order to someone else. The other person brought back the order and the staff gave it to the ladies that were waiting for it. Cross contamination at its finest! Gross!! We will definitely not ever be going back to Jersey Mike's!!

Delicious!!! I love the vegetarian sandwich... I like meat myself there is way to much meat for me, but my husband Bill Hurst loves your sandwiches and the prices are very good. You can't get that much meat anywhere else without having to pay out your butt. Lol. Customer Service has to be the best I personally seen in a long time... thank you

I ordered 2 subs about 20 minutes ago, for mine I ordered all the extra toppings and only got lettuce and tomato. My husband ordered everything except for jalapeños and got lettuce, tomato and jalapeños. The reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is the sandwiches still tasted decent even though they were not at all what we wanted.

I had the #42 Chipotle Chicken cheese Philly and it was good. My husband got the steak one and I was not impressed; it still had the smell and after taste of cow. I know I know, it's beef, but it was a little too much. The lady that helped us was alright. Maybe just coming off a little too much, but she was helpful and said thank you on our way out. That's all it matters, her customer service skills. Food was out in a timely manner and their Sierra Mist mixed w Lemonade tasted real good.
