Every single time I go here over the last few months it’s like they put one tiny slice I’ve meat on each sandwich. It’s embarrassing and extremely disappointing. I keep going back because I love their sandwiches but I will never go back to this location and I’m hoping it’s not a Corporate decision to start cheating us While still charging the same amount

Normally, I would not hesitate to go to Jimmy John's. But the last few months, every time I ordered, the amount of meat on the sandwiches was reduced. I have given up on this sandwich shop and have moved on to find another local place. Too, bad since I would order for all the employees and treat them to lunch. If you want a filling sandwich, I strongly suggest you find a different location and/or restaraunt, for a fresh made sandwich.

Ordered 1 combo and a second sandwich w/ chips for $21. Cashier suggests adding a drink to get a 'buy 1 combo get another 50% off' coupon bringing the total down to $15. Well this dummy charged us $36 total for the original order AND the discounted order! To top it off the store's rude manager refused a return and just gave us $10 rewards. Meaning we're still out over $5. This is my second review for this bogus JJ's. I hope this location is closed for good because it's a waste of good space.

Do NOT go to this location! Horrible customer service, especially by the manager. Called to let them know that the bread was so hard, it was not edible, and missing avocado. Could we exchange for 2 fresh sandwiches or get a refund? She became extremely rude and unprofessional, saying I do not need to repeat myself, and ended up hanging up on me after I said I was going to file a complaint with corporate. This is an individually owned franchise. Go to ANY of the other JJ locations for a great experience.

I ordered jimmy johns online at 11 a.m. I ordered the country club added bacon jimmy mustard and jimmy peppers. After an HOUR of waiting I called the store that was making my order. The location was 3 miles from my job. I asked for a time frame and was not given one. You charge $5.50 for delivery on top of the already expensive sandwich. I do not recommend anyone order from this location. When I received my sandwich there was no bacon peppers or mustard on it. I will not be ordering from this location or any JJ for a long time if ever at all.

Just ordered from the o e on Harlan Dr. It would have to be the worst experience I've had for Jimmy John's. I asked for a #10 with all the freebies and they had no clue what I was asking for. The amount of veggies that they did put on it was laughable. Definitely will avoid this location like the plague.
