Mcdonald's

Ordered 20 nuggets and a medium fry. When I got them the nuggets were cold and old looking and my fries were stale and Cold. Came back through and asked for fresh ones. Two minutes later they bring me out “new” nuggets fries” they were so hot I burned my hand through the bag. On top of that I’m 100% sure they just microwaved my order and sent it back out. How do I know? Cuz the nugget I took a bite out of was still in there! My box is now soggy and the nuggets are still bad. Not to mention the guy that brought it out to me rudely snickered “here you go. Piping hot nuggets” yeah. Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience

We had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s today, and I would give them less than one star if I could. We walked in and placed our order at the kiosk as usual. We didn’t get a receipt, which we figured was a lack of printer paper, but the kiosk told us that our order was received and we went and sat down. After 25 minutes of waiting we still did not have our food, and I checked my McDonald’s app to make sure our order went through again, which it had. So my husband walked up to the counter and was ignored for 10 minutes by all of the employees. After they finally acknowledged him, they spent 3 minutes trying to ‘find’ our order, and finally brought it. But it was a wrong order. My husband’s burger was wrong and we were missing items. We also didn’t get drinks. We told the man that we wanted Dr Pepper and Coke, and he brought us the wrong drinks. All around a bad experience.

Look... just give these people your money and let them just give you food. Don't expect them to get your order correct... and telling them the order is wrong just causes them to give you a deer-in-the-headlights kind of look. Also... even when this location tells you to "pull ahead" because they are making your order... it's malarky. The food is old and stale. I've been to this location 3-4 times in the last few months... and it's the same garbage every time. That whole part of Bellevue is just going downhill fast.

Around 9:25 I stopped by the drive thru and dealt with horrible customer service from a manager with tattoos on her face and a young lady in drive thru who was very rude and disrespectful because they had our order wrong , didn’t even say sorry or have a good day just very rude for there mistake. I was still nice when I could of been a rude customer . The manager lady with tattoos was laughing about it too while the lady was talking to rudly too and I heard the word “ew” as I was driving off. Highly upset !
