I love the opportunity to order the pizza online and it's always made exactly as requested. I personally love their pan pizza crust! Staff are always nice even when extremely busy.

I think both Pizza Hut and GrubHub are at fault. I ordered a pizza with cheese, pepperoni and olives. And brownie and Cinnamon sticks. When it arrived we got a slice of pizza and breadsticks. I demanded for a full refund. I tried to call pizza hut and got hung up on 4 times. Never use this Pizza Hut. Horrible customer service.

The woman working brought my pizza out to my car even though they no longer offer curbside pick up. I had 2 babies in the car with me and she made it so much easier for me by doing that.

Horrible food. Both pizzas ordered were cut ridiculously off to the side like half the pizza off center and everything tasted terrible. I used to really like Pizza Hut but this was enough to keep me away. Plenty of far better options from around this location like Papa John's or Maxwell's Pizza.

Chaz, Amya and Kenton made me feel like a valued customer. They were super friendly and apologized profusely for the wait on a busy mother's day. They worked their butts off with no complaints, without panic and smiled the whole time while working through the 10,000 orders lol. They are the reason I'll continue to order from the Bellevue location. They deserve recognition for the experience they provided because I've been to other places where it seemed like I was an inconvenience for being there. They made sure to make me feel like family and know that they were doing everything they could to make sure I was well taken care of. They worked extremely well as a team communicating to make sure every order was fulfilled and nothing was missing. Thank you guys for a tremendous experience!!

Great service clean restaurant not sure what changes occured since I was there months ago but it's definitely for the better.

Pizza ready promptly, and service outstanding, congenial atmosphere, as usual. There has been no change of the above review, however as of June 2022 the hours of business have been reduced and the store closes at 9:00PM, and for me I find this to be an inconvenience, and may go to an alternative pizza 🍕 shop.

Walked in to put in an order and it was ready in a timely manner. Pizza hut is unfortunately one of my least favorite pizzas as far as taste goes. However, if you do enjoy the hut this one should meet or exceed your needs.
