Worst experience we've had at Cracker Barrel M.ost of the tables were empty due to only having 3 servers (out of 7). Had to send dirty tableware back twice.
Eggs were overcooked. I don't know what happened to my eggs One of them was just the yolk.
Had to raise my voice to get servers attention to get a coffee refill.
The manager did take some off of the bill. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of one.

I went for breakfast during the normal Sunday breakfast rush, so I was expecting a wait. Upon arriving, I was told the wait was about 20-25 minutes. That was a bit long, but again, I was expecting a wait. 40 minutes later I still hadn't been called and it took me asking at the hostess stand to finally get my table seated:: silver lining... the long wait gave me time to find some cute holiday dresses for the kiddos. 😊
Kayla my server was fantastic, but the breakfast was a bit lacking. The pancakes were crispy on the edges and my eggs were scrambled well done just like I like them.. the fried cod, on the other hand, was very bland (get some hot sauce to give it some flavor)

Server was friendly but rather busy so we didn’t receive the level of attention one would expect. Food was good as usual but presentation wasn’t the greatest. Overall we enjoyed our meal and our visit

Went in to Belton location around 8:00 pm, had to wait 30 mins to be seated. We ordered the fish dinner, which took another 30 mins to be served. They brought us muffins to eat while waiting for the food, but they were not edible. They were so dry, even putting butter didn’t help. When we finally got our food, the fries were hot but the fish was cold. We had to send the fish back to be microwaved, but it came back very soggy. There was so much batter on the fish, it was not enjoyable at all. We asked for the manager to come to the table, but she could have cared less. All she said was “I’ll let the cook know”. Very unprofessional on her part to just blow us off. The waitress was very friendly and provided great service, and felt really bad for what terrible food we received. It will be a very long time before we go back there again.

Very disappointed as we’ve been to this Cracker Barrel before and was great. The Restaurant was not even busy as they were not even utilizing the entire restaurant. There were 5 waitresses and 2 managers on duty that I seen. Yet it took our waitress 15 minutes to even come to the table to get drink orders after we were seated. She dropped our drinks off then went to the back and we didn’t see her again until our food was brought out. Fried okra was cold and there was a hair in my green beans! Needless to say after the hair I was too grossed out to even begin to allow them to remake my food.

Food is good although they could definitely learn to use some salt in their dishes. Biscuits dry. Service was decent although the waitress just brought our check without even asking if we wanted anything else. They now serve mimosas which is a plus.

Absolutely love the food, atmosphere and service every single time. This past visit I was fortunate enough to find the perfect jacket I've been searching for...and it was on sale; I couldn't have been happier about that. And of course, my grandkids walked away with a bag full of candy each. Gee.....thanks Cracker Barrel. Just kidding; y'all are great!!!

Great food. Service took longer than expected with several others getting their food before us. After 15 minutes, our waitress needed our order again as it might have been lost? Her attitude and the food made up for that negative.
