Had a really nice experience here. The food is what you expect from Panera, and I really liked ordering at the kiosk to customize my meal, which was prepared exactly as I ordered. I forgot to pick up my bakery items immediately after placing the order (they weren't automatically put with our meals at the pickup window, which I didn't realize at first), but we were able to swing by at the end of our stay to show the receipt and get them. Staff members were friendly and jumped in to help me with a drink dispenser when they noticed it wasn't working quite right for me. Fairly open, airy space with lots of natural light. Perfectly fine spot for lunch on a Sunday afternoon.

I ordered my favorite Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken…. And wow! It was even more delicious since I added Strawberries! I called my order in and picked it up. The time was super fast! The salad was SUPER SUPER delicious. If you like this salad, try adding Strawberries! You won’t regret the little extra flavor! YUM

That new chicken sandwich is awesome. Definitely hurry to get one. Little expensive but worth it for sure. I got the spicy one and it's so so good. The crispy pickle chips are perfect. If you hurry and download the app, you can put in code freedrink at checkout and get free drink.
Side note: Please put one in Harrisonville!

I guess shame on us for going back and giving Panera in belton our money over and over. The order is never right and I should of know something was wrong when I waited 15 minutes in line to get my food as car were getting out of line and speeding off. If you run out of bread tell me and I’ll order something else. Don’t just throw something together on whatever you have lying around. 10 + dollars per sandwich and this is what you get??? Extremely disappointed we spent $33 and our food wasn’t made right!!!! DO NOT waist your money here at this location!!!!!

Truly amazing individuals that work here! I called in mad because my food wasn't delivered. I had ordered through the Panera app. Little did I know it goes through a three party delivery. Unfortunately the delivery service lost my address and couldn't get the food to me. They then marked it delivered. Of course now I'm upset because my food is not here and I paid for it! So I called to the store wanting to know where the heck my food is?! Those wonderful people were nice enough to remake it and bring it to me. They also contacted the three party delivery service as well. Talk about going to extra mile! Thank you! I'm very grateful for what you did for me today.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The order kiosk was easy enough that a non techie was able to use it successfully. The food was amazing. The new grilled mac and cheese sandwich is now my personal favorite! I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience and whoever made my salad for lunch did a great job! The salad was perfectly seasoned and had great texture. It was beautifully created with warmth and love . If we were in France I would give you three Michelin stars, P.E.R.I.O.D!! Good job Panera I am truly proud.

I get closing your dining room early in the day after a storm. But not opening it up after the roads are clear is just a sign or poor management. Let alone not even allowing for rapid pickup orders at the curb. I used to work retail and food service and we never would have left our customers out in the cold.
