Buffalo Wild Wings

I go here on occasion as usually eat at the bar. Tonight I place a to go order then go to the bar while I wait for my food, thinking I will have a beer while I wait. The guy behind the bar at the time looks at me and continued a personal Conversation with someone a couple feet down. Five minutes past and the normal bartender(Ashley, had her mutilole times and she’s great) comes back and has to tell this guy to ask if I need anything. I say I will have a beer. Sometime later I find out that this guy(Alexander) is a manager of all people. What a shame. 35 minutes pass and finally I go back there and they hand me my order. I go to my car and the wings are so dry I would need a drink to eat them. Probably one of the worst experiences here. If it wasn’t for the gal usually behind the bar I’d give one star.

This was the worst service ever. We had to wait 10 minutes before order was taken. My husband's meal came out first while my meal a chicken sandwich and fries took 20 minutes after his meal had came out. We wasnt given any napkins or ranch, when asked for napkins we were given 2, the fries i received were scraps so i asked for wedges that also took forever. I was literally 4 tables that had people at them so not sure why service WAS TERRIBLE

Stopped going here a few years back. Now we remember why. This location is horrible. No improvements in service, and upcharge on every little thing, and the waitress did not tell us all of them. Also my salad and entire entree out before the husband and grandson's... Then after grandson was served the husband was told his meal was not available. Then when he changed it, several minutes later the waitress came back out to say the lettuce mentioned in the menu not available, would get a different kind, further holding up the food, OMG. Thirty minutes later we all had our cold food and ate together. Not ever coming back to the Belton Missouri location.

I ordered “Bird Dawgs” from on DoorDash not realizing it was from bdubs and I’m not surprised that it’s terrible. Both of my meals are so awful so here ya go. They are ICE cold. Literally no warmth at all. The menu showed a COMPLETELY different picture than what I received and it was a complete waste of money. The sauces and toppings weren’t “drizzled” on top- they were put on the bottom of the buns so not only is my food cold, it’s soggy. The fries that came with the Late Night Dawg were not on the correct meal and just loosely tossed on the other box. A complete waste of $25.

Dry wings greasy burger over seasoned fries. I was sitting for 10 minutes before the waiter came to take my drink order. There was 2 of us and one of us got food 5 - 10 minutes before the other. Staff is socializing in lobby in front of all customers. Floor is covered in trash and food crumbs. The only thing good was our waiter
