Subway

I politely asked the guy who took my order to change gloves and he asked me why do he need to change gloves what’s wrong with the pair I got on was his exact words. Well I watched him cash out the customer before me with the same gloves. So I explained to him that he just touched Credit cards the cash register and more, I would like to have my food prepared with clean gloves. He laughed as well f I was being dramatic. I decided to go elsewhere and I will not return until this establishment hire employees who are educated about proper food preparation. His attitude was unacceptable.

I was at this location when a mobile order customer came in to complain that her order wasn’t ready. The sandwich artist tried explaining the situation but the customer got increasingly rude. The district manager instructed the SA to stop engaging but the customer had started name calling and the SA kept asking her to stop talking to him. This escalated to her threaten to have her husband jump him after work. She was given her money back and told to leave. I’m glad there is at least one place in this town where customers who come in and order and second class citizens, unlike Chipotle who will make three mobile orders between every customer during peak business.

Subway is one of my favorite places to go eat, but recently it’s been my least favorite. I’ve ordered subway from the Uber eats app several times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they’ve gotten my order wrong, my bread is very crumbly and I don’t get it toasted and I’ve also found hair in my sub! PLEASE DON’T GO TO THE BELTON LOCATION.

I hate these new machines where you have to go through and pick out each thing you want on your sandwich. Why can't I just tell someone what I want and how I want it like it's always been done for the 70 years I've been on this earth. Lobby was closed, hate eating in my car. Nobody wants to be social anymore. No wander people don't get along, they don't talk to each other. You just go push buttons.

It was good and the employee who made my sandwich was very friendly and enthusiastic. Probably the best sandwich maker I have seen at a subway. The subs have gotten so ridiculously expensive that I will probably not be back. Subs have gone from $5 footlongs to $13 footlongs in only a few years. It is insane to pay that much for a sandwich! Especially if you want to add bacon, avocado, or anything that cost extra, it makes for a sandwich that costs way more than it is worth.

We went to the Belton one the food was okay there was two women and a guy working you can tell one was the manager cuz she was turning the open sign on when we got there at 11:00 I spoke to her She just looked at me and turned her head I told my nephew That's no way to be if you're so called manager then we get up to order our sandwiches and the girl making our sandwiches covered and tattoos was rude too won't go back to that subway!
