I paid for gas, the pump wasn’t on, i waited patiently and then went back inside to tell the clerk it wasn’t on, it never came on after SEVERAL minutes (meanwhile my infant and toddler are getting hot in the car). In return where the clerk was completely unapologetic and RUDE! I will not be returning. Ever.

I'm amazed by the transformation of this store. I stop going here a year ago. The employees were rude. The store was nasty roaches on the coffee area. The new manager and her staff have turned that store around. It's cleaner and organized. No roaches everywhere. And the staff are more friendly and actually helpful..

They are rude. I paid 30 dollars for gas and took my grandbaby to the bathroom. When I got to the car they had put my money back on my care. They said they give you 3 minutes to pump your gas. I had to wait 5 days to get my money back. They didn't have it posted anywhere in that store that I had to pump my gas right then. That was my money . I have never heard of anything like that before. I will never shop there again in Belton. The manager was so hateful.

It is Sunday October 27th at 8:30 PM. This store is in walking distance of my home. I am a very frequent customer. Tonight was the first time in 3 years (my time here in Belton) that I was treated so poorly by the young female cashier. I didn't catch her name, but she had long blond curly hair, in her 20's medium built, approximately 5ft 7in tall. She sold me the wrong pack of cigarettes. I had not left the counter, nor had I even touched the pack. I told her the ones she was supposed to have sold me. She became very rude, and told me she could not exchange them. The man behind me said mam she told you 3 times the kind, and she has not even left the store. She got them and hastily handed them to me. I said now you owe me back about 2 dollars. She huffed and I said I cant believe you are treating me this way over your mistake. She continued to argue and treat me with such disrespect that I was in shock! I've never been treated this badly in a retail establishment! Please do something about this cashier!

This is my absolute favorite store to get coffee. I used to go a lot more before I started my diet. But I have noticed since the new owner the place is starting to go down a little in quality. The drink area is often messy or not stuff is always out, and I've seen the pastry cabinet sit for a couple days when I believe it says new stuff is made daily. Staff is usually very friendly.
