I absolutely love the fish tacos here and have for years. Will continue to get them even though it can be somewhat inconsistent, they are slightly different every time. The price has doubled since I started coming here, but doesn't matter because it is still so worth it.

Jeffe keeps this place filled with good food and good vibes! If all the folks who like El Sancho acquainted themselves with Parilla, they’d have to re-open a second location. World class food, in a secret stash kinda location.

I all around love this place. I explained that I'm pre diabetic, so I need to watch eating certain things and was helped and even reminded about certain foods. Stay was great. The environment was nice and simple. I felt like I belonged there. And the food... kudos to those folks as well. Great job everybody. Thanks.

Don’t sleep on their tacos. I got burritos for years and they’re amazing, but the tacos are shockingly good - better than el Sancho in my opinion.

One of my favourite places to eat in Bend. Parilla was there before I first arrived in 2007 and continues to hold down good food on the west side 16 years later, inwas super pumped to have some nostalgic tacos on my last visit.
