A true Bend classic. Great food! Reasonable prices. Huge portions!!

The four of us really enjoyed sharing the wonderful dishes we were served. And the Service was amazing. We learned our server was from another country. They trained her well.

I have lived in Bend, Or. for 26 years and have never ate at Chan's until tonight.
Friendly and courteous service and the food was excellent I should have taken a picture I got the mother's chicken with barbecue pork and fried rice it was really good !!!👍

Lady is the best! She was attentive, efficient and incredibly great at ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted to eat. Delicious food. 😋

Server sucked but I think he owned the place so he could care less.. out of habit still tipped well.
My girlfriend said I can't believe you tipped that jerk that much I told her habit I guess.
If it's your business you should represent better than a employee.

Our server was not very polite. He came and told us that they ran out of BBQ pork for our appetizer and then stood there. He did not offer us a suggestion to replace it. He was kind of rude in some ways.

I've been coming to chans for years and the food is always great. My only complaint is the server. The service is usually amazing but he was horrible. He forgot our soups, forgot my drink. Had to go to the bar to get my drink. He was not friendly, polite or even checked on us. I love chans but it makes me not want to dine inside.

We had the chef’s choice meal and were well rewarded. It started with appetizers of BBQPork and shrimp, sweet and sour soup, then a couple of main dishes with mixed vegetables that included chicken and shrimp. Generous helpings. It was our first visit there. We will go back again. Wait staff was exceptional.

This is your typical Americanized Chinese food. Lots of sauce and large portions. The food was good but dialed down in spiciness. Even the yellow mustard seemed tame.
When I say large, they gave us to go boxes before we were even finished. I think I only put away a third of my dinner. Should be good leftovers.
The staff was friendly, though I wonder if they were stretched thin. She was all over the place but still checked in frequently.
The place is clean but the decor is pretty neutral for a Chinese place.

Lots of interesting dishes to choose from, and absolutely humongous portions. The three of us shared two dishes, but one dish (the moo shu pork) would have been plenty of food for all three of us. The dishes were tasty but not exceptional. Service was good, friendly and very prompt.
